Dismantling of brick tiles (laid flat or on edge) on roof surface.laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska in roof, any thickness, including plastering and leeping upto two storey bldg incl necessary scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and directed(whether full thickness removed or only a part there of) and removing from cantonment area complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of entire roof, removal of loose concrete and filling cracks with polymer modified mortar. Making of angle fillets all around the periphery of the wall with polymer modified mortar, Supplying & grouting the gaps around the pipe/inserts general purpose grout, a non shrink cementitious water proof grout. The “Nahani” trap, etc is to be fitted securely in the same manner &the gaps around it to be groutedwith non shrink grout. This shall conform the following standards: ASTM C 109-1999 18, ASTM C 1107, Grade C complete as per instructions. Providing 3 coats of single component pure, elastomeric polyurethane liquid applied membrane and 40-50 GSM polyester fleece sandwiched between 1st and 2nd coats completely up to the top edge of the pipe etc. complete as per manufacturer’s instructions.Providing and applying single component pure, elastomeric polyurethane liquid applied membrane over the primer RCC surface, having elongation of > 400 % & tensile strength of>2 Mpa with DFT (Dry film thickness) of > 1.2 mm in 2 or more coats. Primer consumption should not be less than 0.250 Kg/sqm.

The work shall be done under manufacturer’s supervision, by manufacturer’s recommended applicator and shall be backed by manufacturer’s warranty all complete as per manufacturer’s specification and instruction. Providing and applying HCFC & CFC free roof insulation PU insulator, a two component system having SC PU Ins Polyol and SC PU Ins Isocyanate that are used in combination to produce closed cell rigid density polyurethane spray foam (density of foam being 45-55kg/cum), over a coat of polyurethane primer applied @ 6-8 sqm per liter, The surface on which spray is applied to be cleaned properly, the moisture content in the surface shall be less than 5% and is to be dried before the application of spray, Polyurethane chemical (A side and B side) shall be sprayed in layers to produce overall 80mm average thick closed cell polyurethane foam over the spraying surface with the help of appropriate foaming Machine. Precautions shall be taken to cover the nerby areas to avoid spray of PU Foam on the other areas. The termination of spray at the corners shall be done as per IS : 12432 (Part : 3) : 2000 all complete as per manufacturer’s recommendation.

Providing and applying dampproof Ultra, fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymer and reinforcing acrylic fibers having Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of concrete roof in three coats @ 10.76 liter/10 sqm. One coat of self-priming of elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dilution with water in the ratio of 3:1) and two coats of undiluted elastomeric waterproofing liquid (dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns). The operation shall be carried out after scrapping and properly cleaning the surface to remove loose particles with wire brushes, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. When the 2nd coat is wet, the EPDM tape (at corners and edges) shall be inserted between second and third coat, let the material out from the tapes corner. Same treatment of Dampproof Ultrafibre reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane shall be continued to the parapet walls to better envelope the whole area. The coating shall be terminated carefully to the other side of the parapet wall. Laying 150 GSM Geotextile over the final waterproofing treatment complete all as specified and as directed.

Note:- Contractor shall submit methodology statement with all details in illustrative sketch form and get approved form Engineer-in-charge. All material from single manufacturer. Application shall be carried out by approved applicator of manufacturer and as per recommended by manufacturer. Actual applied area of PU coating with PU foam insulation shall be measured for payment.

M&L for chipping of spalled and loose concrete and cleaning rust from re-inforcement by sand blasting scrubbing down conrete sufrace with wire brushes cleaning with water allowed to dry and applying a layer of zinc rich epoxy primer as antirust on all exposed reinforcement followed by a layer of bonding coat of approved epoxy adhesive on complete exposed surfaces of concrete to be gunited all as specified and applying two layers of guniting over steel welded mesh 2mm dia of wire and aperture 75mm, total thickness of gunite n.exc 25mm thick (average thickness) auth cement mortar 1: 2 using cement mixed with polycrete admixture @ 2% by weight of cement or as per manufacturers instructions and finally applying 10mm thick cement plaster over gunite surface of required thickness to give even uniform and smooth finish conforming to proper gerometrics in cement mortar (1:3) to match with the existing surface as in sides and soffits etc of slabs, chajjas, fins, facias, parapets , columns and beams etc complete including necessary scaffolding, shuttering, necessary chases to brick work or RCC members at any height upto 4 storey bldgs complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Steel welded mesh is to be tightening /welding with the existing re-inforcement. The cost of welded mesh is deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Taking down rain water pipe (any size) or pattern incl all fittings, head shoes, bends swan necks etc. incl removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, of 110 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110mm dia bore complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly- nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly- nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections from roof/wall 20mm bore of pipe including removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 20 mm bore high density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 fixed including all fitting (i.e. socket, nipple, elbow etc.) complete to walls, ceilings or in floors etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering with redimix plaster (as per manufaturer's instruction) on faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth surface wihtout using extra cement on wall of up to four stories bldgs complete all as specified and as directed. Notes :- 1. Make of readymix plaster shall be Birla Aerocon/Ultratech Readiplast/ACC Accoplast/Fosroc Chemical (India) Pvt Ltd Renderoc and as approved by GE) 2. The readymix plaster shall be procured directly from the manufacturer or their authorised dealer.

M&L for preparation of new plaster surfaces of wall and applying water proof wall care putty to achieve even and smooth surface and then applying two or more coat 100% anti fungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade whether proof paint over and including one coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed. Make-: Asian Paint (Apex ultima Protek)/Berger Paint (weather coat long life -10)/Acro Paint (Acro Guard) Note -: Primer should be compatible with the paint.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by mechanical means and applying water proof wall care putty to achieve even and smooth surface and then applying two coat of 100% anti fungal acrylic emulsion exterior grade whether proof paint over and including one coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed. Make-: Asian Paint (Apex ultima Protek)/Berger Paint (weather coat long life -10)/Acro Paint (Acro Guard) Note -: Primer should be compatible with the paint.

M&L for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered and hold fast on edge including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm (average thickness) PCC 1:2:4, Type-B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof top to maintain the slope of roof and protection of the bottom layer of slab over and including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
