DISTRIBUTION BOARDS

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of the following distribution boards shall be designed for 415V, 3Ph, 50Hz, 4 wire AC system sheet steel, dust and vermin proof suitable for wall mounting type (recessed) compartmentalized designed and fabricated as per standard OEM manufacture thickness CRCA sheet steel for main frame, folded sections and load bearing numbers , CRCA sheet steel for doors and covers with suitable knockouts for incoming and outgoing cable/ conduits provisions. body earthing terminals with powder coated painting , danger board,sign writing including minor civil works etc as required as per the technical specifications and schematic.

MAIN LIGHTING DB

The double door type 6 Way TPN Compartmental Horizontal ( 7 Segment Phase Segregation ) MCB DB comprising of the following :

RISING MAIN, BUSBAR TRUNKING, TAP OFF BOXES, ETC.

Design, supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Air insulated type following 3 phase 4 wire 400 V 50 Hz LT Aluminium busbar trunking system. The enclosure of the trunking shall be fabricated out of Hot-galvanized sheet steel by atleast 0.8mm thickness and tested as per IEC62262. It shall be rigid and robust in construction , compact in size. Plug-in outlet with cover should be present at regular intervals (1000mm) which ensures IP-55 as per IEC-529.All the run elements ( Straight Feeder, Elbows,etc ) are supplied complete with a factory fitted monobloc. The conductors should be spaced with plastic insulators reinforced with 20% Glass fibre. The insulators should have V1 self extinguishing degree (as Per UL94) and are in compliance with the incandescent wire test as per EN 60695-2-1. The rate should be inclusive of 2 Nos. of 25 x 3 mm aluminium external earthing conductor through out the length and horizontal supports or thread rod supports at 1200 mm interval of the BBT. All MCCB's should have microprocessor based release and also same make of BBT & RM.

CABLE TRAY

Supply,Installation, testing and commissioning of GI Hot tip powder coated Perforated Cable Tray of 2 mm thick for Data and voice/Electrical Cable with GI Angle/Hitech suitable threaded rods with Anchor fasteners, Clamps, bolts,nuts including all the necessary fastener etc., to suit site conditions as required.

MV PANEL

Supply , Erection,Testing and commissioning of suitable size extendable floor mounting cubical type following LT Main Panel board suitable for 415V 3ph 4 wire 50Hz AC supply system fabricated in a compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of 2mm thick for frame works and cover with 3mm thick removable gland plate ,cleaning and finishing with 7 tank process for powder coating with siemens grey having extensible type TPN copper alloy busbar of suitable capacity as per the incomer ACB /MCCB/SDF ratings with DMC/SMC busbar suppotrs with short circuit withstand capacity of 31MVA / 1Second , bottom base channel of 75mmX 50mm X 5mm.

BUS BARS

Bus bars will be electrolytic copper , air insulated , R,Y,B, N(Black) PVC sleeved capable of carrying full load current for all the 3 phases and neutral continiously. The current density of copper shall be designed for 1.2A per sqmm. The bus chamber should have proper air ventilators.

EARTHING

2 separate run of 25 x 3 mm copper earth bus painted in green colour should be provided all along the panel and connected to the main grid. Interconnectios should be taken to metering chamber, MCCB's, ACB's, FSU's etc sothat all current carrying components are effectively earthed.

ADDITIONAL SCOPE OF WORK

The scope of work includes minor civil works like breaking of concrete floors ,construction of masonary trench , and suitable MS 'П' type channels for the proposed panel as per the instruction from the Engineer in Charge.The rate should be inclusive of removing of existing LTUG cable terminatins up to 400 Sqmm from the panel or cable trench or excavated from earth . The cable should be re terminated ater completion of all the erection works.Necessary Panel drawings , QAP and GTP have to be approved by the Engineer incharge before fabrication.

PANEL I (ESB & CSD)

Incomer

800 TP MCCB 50kA - 2Nos with microprocessor release for o/c , e/f and short circuit protection, Breaker ON/OFF/Trip indication Lamps as two incomers from different source of supply.

Outgoing

800A 4P MCCB 50kA with microprocessor release for o/c , e/f and short circuit protection, breaker ON/OFF/Trip indication Lamps -1 no as BUS COUPLER

250A TPN MCCB 36kA -12 Nos with microprocessor release for o/c , e/f and short circuit protection, Breaker ON/OFF/Trip indication Lamps.

800A copper bus bars for 3phases and neutral

Both incomers are comprising with 3 phase indication lamps with toggle switch, microprocessor based digital multi function meter with communication port and the facility for active and reactive power measurements with required CTs and control fuses etc.Necessary Spreaders / extended copper bus bars of suitable rating with required holes should be provided for the cable and bus bar terminations .The handle should be pad lockable type in both ON/OFF positions.The work should be inclusive of providing interlocking arrangement for the 2 incomers and Bus coupler by providing 3 locks and 2 keys.

PANEL II (MSB)

Incomer

630A TPN MCCB 36kA with micro processor based trip units ,front operated handle and with ON/OFF/TRIP indications-2 Nos .

Outgoing

250A TPN MCCB 36kA with micro processor based trip units ,front operated handle and with ON/OFF/TRIP indications- 10Nos as out going

630A copper bus bars for 3phases and neutral

Removing of existing MV Panels and 4 or 3.5 Core aluminium armoured 6 sqmm to 240 sqmm LTUG Cable- 200mtrs ( approx) including all the cable end terminations and handed over to the Maintenace section in rolls as instructed by the Engineer incharge. The contractor should visit the site before coating.

LT UG CABLES AND TERMINATIONS

Supplying& Laying of following sizes PVC XLPE insulated alu. Conductor armored LTUG cable in a 40 mm to 100 mm dia HDPE DWC pipe in a trench of 50cm wide and 75cm depth including earth work excavation in all soils and sub soils and back filling, consolidated in a regular interval of 25cm thick rammed and complying with standard specification.
