Taking down radiator from Gen set of capacity 200/250 KVA after disconnecting the water connecting pipe and descaling, cleaning properly with high pressure wash to remove greasy substances from water tubes, tank and outer fins and re-fixing the same after servicing complete and replacement of coolant solution and hose radiator with clips complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking out Dynamo/alternator assembly of 12 Volts/24 Volts from the DG sets replacing the spare parts such as carbon brushes, springs, spring holders, brushes, bearings or any other part required for full functioning of machine and fixing and testing complete as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling and taking out dynamo/alternators from DG set for rewinding and taking out the old coil, cleaning thoroughly and wound with new super enameled copper cord of existing size and gauge, varnishing, drying, heating as per manufacturer norms and fixed with dynamo/alternator properly testing and commissioning suitabl;e for40 to 62.50 KVA all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in replacement of radiator hoses of any size and any capacity of DG set and fixed properly with new jublee clips, clamps, nuts and testing complete as directed by Eng-in-charge

Dismantling and taking out the FIP (PT Pump Assy) for repairing by replacing the worn out gasket, filter, suction valve, discharge valve and fixing the same after calibration and testing complete as directed by Engr-in-charge of capacity 200 KVA / 250 KVA/ DG set. Note : Repairing & Calibration shall be carried out by authorised dealers only.

Supply & Fixing flexible pressure hose for lubricant oil and fuel for any size/capacity/model/make of DG set incl taking down old one etc complete all as specified.

Material and labour for dismantling and taking out the alternator above 40 KVA but upto 82.5 KVA capacity from the DG sets from coupling and opening the stator & rotor including cleaning of dust from windings for proper ventilation, renewal of carbon brushes with brush holder and re-assembling the rotor & stator complete including applying suitable greasing & oiling of bearing & moving parts and refixing the same on its position and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing lead acid battery 12 volts, 180 AH suitable for DG set including initial charging (Model No. FXPO-MHD1800 Exide New express or equivalent of other specified make) including connection & testing and taking down old one etc complete all as specified and directed.

If the contractor fail the repair of DG set within perioud, the penality should be paid 250/per hours to department. (ii) Any minor material/spare reqd for proper functioning wheather not cover in CA Contractor will provide the same for functioning of D G set.

Material and labour for servicing/repair of AMF Panel of DG Set up to 250 KVA capacity for smooth functioning of the same with renewal / repair of AMF panel, wiring control timer, engine starting relay, contact point repal, AMF relay, HRC fuse of existing rating etc complate for DG sets installed at various pockets under AGE E/M Ojhar all as specified and as directed. Note:- The rate quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to included the cost of spares/relays or any other part not mentioned herein but essential required to make the AMF panel completely functional and no extra payment shall be made for the same.
