Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n exc. 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc, or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 02 here in before but depth exc 1.50 m but not exceeding 3.00 m complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50m above the starting point including spreading and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 150mm bore (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying of 160 mm Nominal diameter, HDPE of pressure rating of PN 4 as per IS 14333:1996 for sewage line in any length laid in trenches including provision of suitable jointing materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested in cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 for 150 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, precast cement concrete block walling in any position, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre cast cement concrete block masonry with solid block, (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate), exc.10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Integral waterproofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, benching/haunching, slightly rounded or chamfred angle and throating etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as required for 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, sewage lines and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swannecks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC Septic Tank 50 users with upflow filter type designed to carry sewage and sullage and sullage water including excavation in any of soil, RCC M-30 (Design mix) in walls, base slab, baffle walls and roof slab including beams, etc. with vent shaft, manhole opening with cover slab, etc. complete with effective depth 1.5 m and overall depth of 3 m including demolition of exsisting septic tank complete all as specified and directed and shown on drawing No. CESZ/2020/STD-02 sheet 1/2 to 2/2.

M & L for Construction of brick Masonry Soak Well of size 2.25 m dia and 4.50 m depth with all fittings and fixtures including complete demolition of exsisting soakage well complete all as specified and shown on drawing No CESZ/2020/TD/45 sheet 1/2 to 2/2.

S & F 1.00 mm thick Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required complete all as specified and directed.

S & F rolled mild steel joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently,without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces complete all as specified and directed .

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete type B2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel work in tubular trusses and purlins including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finishes even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for marble work 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and the like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of marble work including rounding of exposed edges of marble over and including 20 mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
