Comprehensive Maintenance Contract for IP type CCTV system and accessories in the existing system at IGNCA, Janpath Building

The scope of work under this AMC shall cover the complete maintenance of the CCTV system installed within IGNCA premises, comprising: 176 CCTV Cameras 03 NVR Units 15 Nos 08 TB Hard Disks 08 Nos 24 Port PoE Switch Make DLink 03 Nos 16 Port PoE Switch Make DLink 03 Nos 55 inch LED Panel 14 Nos Fibre Optic Module Associated Network Switches The contractor shall ensure uninterrupted functionality of the entire surveillance system, which includes: Preventive and Corrective Maintenance – Regular inspection, cleaning, configuration checks, and timely repair/replacement of defective components. Replacement of Faulty Equipment – Cameras, NVRs, wiring, network switches, hard disks, or any other accessory shall be replaced at no additional cost whenever required. System Uptime – Any faulty component must be rectified/replaced immediately to maintain continuous monitoring coverage. Consumables and Spares – All spare parts, accessories, and materials needed for repair or replacement shall be included in the AMC cost. Note: The AMC cost shall be all-inclusive, and no extra payment shall be made beyond the agreed contract value.
