RCC M-25 grade in foundation as per Railway approved drawing and specification. The rate includes cost of all ingradients, form work etc. Except supply of steel reinforcement.

"Providing & laying in position M-30 grade concrete with admixture reinforced concrete structural element or other but excluding cost of centering, shuttering reinforcement etc. by using RMC, special care to be taken to accelerate retard setting of concrete improve workability without impairing strength as per direction of Engineer at site. Necessary testing for quantity & 02 quality to be done such as yield test at plant & also care should be taken for prevention of shrinkage cracks by covering concrete surface with Hessian cloth within 30 minutes of finishing & start sprinkling water with light shower & also cover the green surface with ordinary plastic sheet within 15 minutes after final compaction & finishing to retain moisture to achieve good strength of concrete. The rates includes all tools & plants, labour etc. including conducting slump test, taken up concrete cube, samples at site for testing for '7' & 28 days interval.

B-USSOR 2021 item & rates are including GST

Supply of steel reinforcement of approved brands/makes for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more of approved brands/makes.

Supply and using Cement at Worksite Pozzolana Portland Cement approved brands/makes

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : 03 All types of bridge sub-structures, e.g. pier, abutment, wing wall, retaining wall, RCC box type foundations, Abutment cap, Pier Cap, Inspection Platform & Pedestal over Pier cap, Fender wall, Diaphragm wall etc. up to 5m above ground level

C-CPWD DSR 2023 item & rates are including GST

D-Non-schedule item & rates are including GST (FOB at Sahebtala)

Supply and fabrication of welded steel girder of FOB, Shed etc. as per approved 01 drawing. The rate is inclusive of supply of steel section ( IS : 2062- E250BR/BO for plates and IS: 2062 - E250 A for Rolled structural section), testing of the material etc. The fabrication work to be carried out as per B1-2001 and welded bridge code. The rate shall also include the cost of loading and unloading, lead, lift etc etc required to carry out the work complete in all respects.

Erection/ launching of newly assembled girder & Shed etc. and placement of the same on proper alignment, line and level with contractors labours, materials, tools & Plants etc.

Supply and laying of quarry dust including consolidation, supply of all materials, 02 labour, lead, lift, tools, plants, crossing of tracks as per drawing and technical specification as directed by the Engineer in charge in case loose slush is encountered at site of foundation before casting the foundation or laying the filtering media.
