Demolition of plain cement concrete in any position including tar felt & cement mortar bedding etc from roof or sunken etc complete all and removing debris as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roofs, any thickness, including plastering and leaping ( whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) & disposal of retrieved material where directed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Removal of demolished material shall be measured & paid under respective item.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles, single layer on roofs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in roof padding, roof kerbs, benching on roof slab and other similar works laid as per slop required finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:3, mixed with liquid water proofing compound over concrete surface of roof /chajja on cleaning of surface complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC to be measured and paid separately under appropriate item)

Cleaning the dust, dirt and any other foreign material from roof surface and applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 ltr / Sqm uniformly and primer shall be allowed to dry over night as conforming to IS 3384-1986 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Laying of minimum 3mm thick APP membrane of (reinforced with non-woven fabric polyester type wt not less than 150 gms/Sqm) & minimum weighing 3kg/Sqm shall be done using butane torch maintaining 100mm side overlap and 150mm end overlap, sealing all overlaps and bonded to the surface by fusing and bonding torch on method complete all as specified and directed. Note: All water proofing work shall be done as per manufacturer instruction and under supervision of manufacturer technical representative.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 mixed with polymer based liquid water proofing additive @ 5 % by weight of cement or as per manufacturer's instruction and the joints of tiles shall be filled with CM 1:3 mixed with crude oil as per SSR-2009 (Part-I) on roof area and proper curing with water by ponding complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 but except tiles complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Tile obtained from dismantling shall be used.

S&F in repair rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank of capacity 500 ltr (Cylindrical/vertical with closed top) double layer construction, ISI marked hoisted & fixed in position including dismantling of old tank and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair ball/ float valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed 20mm bore minimum weight 210 gms complete all as specified and directed.

Removing building materials (mud phuska) from site etc to a distance of not less than 1 Km including loading unloading and stacking at the destination complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall with scrapping machine tools/electric hand grinder with wire brushes, sand papering and applying two coats of cement base paint including one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC M-25 (design mix) using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in chajja etc and the like with necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Reinforcement & formwork to be measured & paid separately under respective item.

Use & waste of formwork to chajja, trough and similar item including edge etc rough finished complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bar 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required ,including cranking ,bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire and annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections on (walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) including cleaning complete all as specified and as directed

Refixing old 15 mm bore GI steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 5489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 litre/ 10 sqm over new surfaces including one coat of 3mm birla wall care putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base in Path, hard standing complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing debris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified pavement outdoor tiles of 300mm X 300mm X 9-10 mm thick coloured for floor /pavement etc and jointed in solvent and pointed in coloured cement to match the tiles including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) 1100 volts grade, along with one single run of same size and type of copper wire as continuous earth wire to common earth dolly drawn in and including non metallic PVC rigid, medium grade conduit with all fixing accessories of 20mm dia, using new MS sunk terminal boxes of thickness not less 1.2mm, new 3mm thick laminated sheet cover with brass screw and cup washers with all accessories and making good to disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed for the following :- Note:(a) Colour code of wire shall be strictly followed , Red for Phase , Black for neutral and green for earth wire (b) The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of cost of cutting chases in wall for providing concealed conduit and making good to match with existing finish/surface.

Note:- (i) Two runs of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one length.
