Cleaning the toilets, drainages, water tanks, Maintenance of garden and distribution of domestic water supply to all office buildings at Zone B area for a period of two years

Cleaning the Toilets, drainage system, mopping the entire floor area and maintaining the garden in the following buildings & wherever required in Zone "B" area viz., Fire Service, First aid centre, CISF cabin, Maintenance office, ATM / Traffic Office, Electrical Sub Division, Weigh bridge, CHLP Office, CHLP Community Hall, Call point area and CPT's Bungalow by engaging 7 Nos. of Mazdoor (Male) including Sunday & Holiday in specified Uniform. The cost including Labour, Uniform, cleaning materials such as Short brooms # 6 Nos., Long brooms # 6 Nos., Harpic 500ml. # 6 Nos., Air freshner 500ml. # 3 Nos., Floor cleaner 500ml. # 3 Nos., Dettol 500ml. - 6 Nos., Nabthalin ball # 1 Kg., Brushes, Buckets etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per special conditions of the schedule, if any of the Mazdoor (Male) found absent).

Cleaning the Main gate & Surrounding area, Maintenance Sub division office, Camp office, CPT Bungalow and other works at Zone "B" by engaging 10 Nos. of Mazdoor (Female) including Sunday & Holiday in specified Uniform. The cost including Labour, Uniform, cleaning materials such as Short brooms # 6 Nos., Long brooms # 6 Nos., Harpic 500ml. # 6 Nos., Air freshner 500ml. # 3 Nos., Floor cleaner 500ml. # 3 Nos., Nabthalin ball # 1 Kg., Brushes, Buckets, ESI & EPF etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per special conditions of the schedule, if any of the Mazdoor (Female) found absent).

Engaging of Valve Operator 2 Nos. having 10th Standard pass # ITI in any trade with One year experience for distribution of water to office buildings, call point and CPT Bungalow and collection of water from Corporation & Port truck supply. The cost including Wages, ESI & EPF, tools & plants etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule, if any of the Valve Operator is found absent).

Providing 1 No. Carpenter IInd Class (Semi Skilled Category) for attending repair works in all wooden works such as doors, windows, ventilators, etc., in all the buildings in Port premises @ Zone "B" area in all working days excluding Sundays & Holidaysincluding necessary tools & plants etc.,. All required fixtures will be supplied by department etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (Recovery will made as per special condition of the schedule, if the Carpenter is found absent).

Engaging of Tractor with men, tools & plants for Loading the segregated Bio-degradable and Bio non-degradable garbage into tractors as per requirement from Zone "B" Harbour area, Port Dispensary Complex, Port Community Centre at Zone "B" & CPT Bungalow and conveying the same to Zone "B" Maintenance Sub Division for Log book entry and conveying to Port Garbage disposal site. On environmental point of view, every Tractor load should be covered and tied with tarpaulin to avoid spillage on road. The cost inclusive of T & P, Labour, hire charge for tractor, fuel charges and all other miscellaneous expenditure etc., to execute the work and complete the work to the entire satisfaction of the departmental officers. (Recovery will be made based on the specialcondition of the schedule if the tractor is not deployed to execute the work).

Cleaning the Ground Level Reservoir (GLR) @ Zone "B" area (South GLR - 1,00,000 Litre capacity) using required man power, tools & plants for removing the water tank cover slab and refixing the same in position. The cost including dewatering the tank using pump, cleaning materials like bleaching powder, washing soda, broom sticks and all other tools & plants, one coat of white wash in the interior walls of GLR using shell lime etc., complete to the satisfaction and as directed by the departmental officers. Note : Cleaning of the said water tanks should be done at an interval of Six Months.

Cleaning the Over head water tanks at Zone "B" area viz., 1) CPT Bungalow - 12 Nos., b) Port Dispensary - 3 Nos., c) ATM Office - 1 No., d) Call point & water point - 2 Nos., e) CISF & Customs office - 1 No., f) Electrical Sub Division office - 1 No., g) INTUC Union office - 1 No., h) HMS Union office - 1 No., i) PETU Union office - 1 No., j) Anna Dock Union office - 1 No., k) Medical - 1 No., l) HMS (Workers) Union office - 1 No., m) Officer's Association office - 1 No., n) Drinking point at Zone "B" -1 No., by engaging cleaning labour, inlcuding cost of labour, cleaning materials such as Brooms, brushes, bleaching powder etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers. (PVC Water tanks to be cleaned once in a month interval or whenever required).

Cleaning the Sludge from the Septic tank / Sewage Pump House Well / Soak Pit / Cesspool etc., and collecting the sludge in the lorry fitted with motor pump at various locations in Port area (Inside & Outside Green Gate / Red Gate) and dumping the same in the Sewage Treatment Plant at Port area including cost of hire charges for tanker lorry fitted with motor pump, labours, fuel, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.
