Dismantling stone slabs or roof treatment (tarfelt treatment)of any description in suspended slabs in roofs,suspended floors, chajjas, landings etc,including cement mortar, bedding (but not backing ) and rubbish of premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced (other than ground floor)Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas and similar suspended work complete all as specified and directed.

Roughenng surface of old concrete floor by piking ,sweepng clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roof slab or terrace, cleaning out, wetting, grouting, with cement sand slurry in 1:3 with mixing of liquid WPC by wt of cement (as per manufacturer instruction) complete all as specified and directed.

M & Lfor brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0 Kg of cement per Sq.meter. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B0, (12.5mm graded aggregate) padding in averaging on RCC roof slab or terrace including finishing even & smooth with using extra cement, include for use of formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering or screed bed 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 in averaging on RCC roof slab/terrace surfaces with mixing of WPC with cement (as per manufacturer instruction) including finishing even and smooth without using cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
