Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 22.5 cm deep and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed

Removal of excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

M & L Rolling and consolidation of formation surfaces in cutting with power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified.

Material and labour 200 mm thick spread thickness) soiling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stone spread and leveled interstices filled, surface formed an rolled with 8 to 12 tonne power roller consolidated to required gradient or camber complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour preparing water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bitumen (VG-10) @ 10 Kg/10 Sqm and provn of bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. Note : Contractor shall quote his rates by considering binder content as 5.50% of the total mix by weight. In case of any variation on minus side in the weight of binder as per actual mix design, the same shall be adjusted @ Rs 40 per Kg. and recovery for the same shall be effected from the contractor. However the variation in the weight of bitumen is on plus side, nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

M & L for painting lines dahses, arrows, letter etc on road, pavement and the like not exceeding 10 cm wide with hot thermoplastic road amrking materials and conofrming to Ministry of surface transport (MOST) specification 803.4 laid down in specification of Road/Bridge work "third revision" over priming as per manufacturers instructions including grass breads (intermix) type - I MOST/BS6088A and provn contained in IRC-35, 1997, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L continuous brick edging with width equal to the width of the brick, laid dry on the width of the brick, laid dry on end vertically with burnt clay bricks of sub class B of old size bricks complete all as specified.

Material and labour repair to pot holes any depth n.exc.1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads , paths etc. cutting around edges to atleast 25 mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 Kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chipping 6.3mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of pot holes exc 30mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L premix bituminous, macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) etc., using 4% binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 by weight of total mix rolled and compacted mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient with 8to 10 tone power roller to required compaction complete all as specified and as directed

M&L Factory made rectro reflective road sign boards comprising of two aluminium plates of size 1000x760mm each fixed over each other and fixed to frame with 25x5mm stainless steel fasteners welded to frame at one end and rivetted to aluminium sheet at other end. 2mm thick aluminum plates shall be framed in 40mm dia stainless steel tube (16 guage) grade Fe 304.
