Providing new gasket for deluge valve (200 NB) kartar make scratches less surface with all accessories it use to control water flow by air pressure trapped in the upper chamber in mulsifire system installed at 160 MVA T/F-I including work of opening nuts & bolts of deluge valve after drain water/air of pipe line, cleaning the copper sheet and change gasket and refixing of the same attend the leakage if any.

Providing leakage/defective gasket of main pump (200 NB) and jockey pump (80 NB) foot valve including work of draining water of tank upto the hanging both foot valve then opening the both foot valve one by one and cleaning the surface and change defective gasket by new 220 NB × 6mm nitrile rubber insertion gasket full face seamless finished etc and refixing the same both foot valve and fill the water tank upto the mark by submersible pump attend the leakage if any.

Providing 1083A flanged end cast iron disc PN-16 working temperature 80º 80mm (3 inch) non return valve (Neta/Kartar/Jalota make) in place of defective/broken NR valve installed at Jockey pump suction pipe line in mulsifire system including work of remove defective NR valve after open the nut & bolts and refix the same fixing both end rubber gasket etc.

Supply of 02 no. pressure switch (Danfoss KP1/Merrill MPS-2 make) to protect and maintain equipment by automatically controlling the water pressure in 200 NB main pipe test pressure 5-200 bar, differential pressure .7 bar - 4 bar with 1/2 inch with inner thread socket.

Supply high velocity water spray nozzle HD make flow working pressure 7 PSI to 250 PSI and upto 17 bar with cone pattern in narrow angle with uniform droplet distribution rust proof including removing defective nozzle and fixing the same.

Rewinding and servicing of mulsifire jockey pump motor installed at 220 KV S/S Bah, Agra 15 HP, 2800 RPM 11KW 3 Phase 415 volt AC induction type Kirloskar make including work of opening jockey pump motor from foundation after open the rusted GI earthing strip/nut & bolts etc. and rewinding of the burnt motor with fresh super enamelled copper wire F class insulation of standard guage after cutting away the burnt wire coils and cleaning the carbon deposite in stator housing replacement of 02 nos. jammed/stuck bearing, repairing of bearing, housing, remetalic the shaft also and turning of shaft and change of connection leads with glasswool sleave alongwith dismantling and carring the workshop and refitting the motor and connect to AC supply ensure to no vibration and maintain water pressure up to 7.5 bar in minimum second (below 25 second).
