CIVIL WORKS FOR CREATION OF TEST BED FACILITY AT HEMRL, PUNE

Supply & erect steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.00m long) and positioning in true vertical position complete including painting with black bituminous paint on the surface embedded and two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer on exposed surfaces of poles including marking of strip in alternate black and white paint pattern upto 2.0m above the pole coping and marking of pole number in yellow background circle 10cm radius and writing pole No. 3cm long using black colour complete all as specified and directed.

Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, light class G.I. pipe 100mm dia (nominal) 3 meters length along the pole for protection of underground cable as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test & commissioning of outdoor type, stepdown, copper wound transformer 800 KVA, 22KV / 0.433KV, BIS Level-II, onan cooled, oil immersed, conforming to specification EEL-2 of IS:1180-2014 Amendment Nos. 1, 2, 3 & 4, formerly EEL-03 (till 30 Mar 2022) complete with first filling of IS:335, ISI marked, filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings / accessories and offload tap changer complete all as specified and directed and comprising of the following accessories:-

(a) HV Cable Box. (b) LV Cable Box (without cable gland). (c) Buchholz relay with Alarm and trip Contacts. (d) Oil temperature indicator with Alarm & Trip Contacts. (e) Winding Temperature Indicator with Alarm & Trip Contacts. (f) Marshlling Box (IP-55) having TTB only. (g) Top Cover lugs.

(h) Transformer Drain Valve. (j) Bi-Directional plain Rollers. (k) Lifting Lugs. (l) Earthing Terminals. (m) Conservator with Oil Guage Glass, Oil filling Hole with plug and drain plug. (n) Transformer Drain Valve. (o) Explosion Vent with Diaphragm. (p) Thermometer Pocket. (q) Air Vent Plug. (r) Silica Gel Breather. (s) Rating and Diagram Plate inspection cover terminal. (t) Cooling Radiators.

(u) LV Neutral Bushing brought out for external earthing. (v) First fill of EHV grade Transformer Oil as per IS 335. (w) Magnetic Oil level Gauge with Alarm and Trip Contacts.

Supply, laying, testing & commissioning aluminium HT cable 22 KV, 3 core 95 Sq mm, Stranded Compacted Circular Aluminium Conductor, Conductor Screen with Extruded Semi Conducting Compound, XLPE Insulated, Insulation Screening with Extruded Semi Conducting Compound in Combination with Copper Tape, Cores Laid Up, Inner sheath of PVC, Galvanised Steel Flat Strip Armoured & Overall PVC Sheathed Cable Conforming to IS 7098 (Part-2) 2011 with upto Date Amendments complete all as required complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for size 95 sq mm, 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 22 KV grade as required complete all as specified and directed.
