SH -I : OPERATION & MAINTENANCE OF E & M INSTALLATIONS Operation & Maintenance of Electrical & Mechanical installations including Fire Alarm and Fire Fighting System of Operational and Non-Operational areas including periodical maintenance, repairs, attending to complaints /fault /breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability / satisfactory working condition of the entire system, maintenance of records/documentation etc. on all days including Sundays and holidays on round the clock basis.as per the detailed specifications, terms and conditions covered under this contract etc. complete as required.

SH -II : FILTRATION OF TRANSFORMER OIL AND OTHER MAINTENANCE WORKS Complete items of CPWD schedule of rates (electrical) internal & External- 2018 (Note: 1 Please refer particular specification clause no. 14 for Guidance of quoting rate for this item, 2 As per DSR 2018 total amount of work to be executed amounting to ₹ 2,00,000/- in 24 months )

Filtration of transformer oil in 1.25 MVA, 11KV / 415 V transformer including testing of transformer oil (acidity, moisture etc.) before and after filtration, confirming to latest indian standard at site till the reach of satisfactory di-electric strength of 50KV or above and submitting the report, replacement of silica gel of transformer etc as complete as required. a) First Year

Top up the Transformers ISI with marked Transformer oil during filtration as per site requirement etc complete as required.

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of ceiling fan/wall fan/ exhaust fan of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough service etc as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not return to AAI)

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of AirCirculators/ Pedestal fan of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough service etc as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not return to AAI)

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of three phase monoblock pump set upto 5HP rating of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough etc as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not return to AAI)

Repairing including rewinding and replacement of bearings of three phase submersible pump set upto 5HP of all make/model/type including transporting from the AAI store (as may be required) and returning back after thorough service etc. as complete as required. (Dismantled copper wire need not return to AAI)

Lifting and lowering of submersible pump set of various capacities alongwith GI pipes from a depth upto 200m due to defect in existing pump set on urgent basis within a short notice including connection of cable, jointing of cable etc with successful testing & commissioning etc as complete as required.

Providing synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacturer by spray painting method after thorough cleaning of existing LT panels/feeder pillars in installed condition including minor repair and providing red oxide primer as per site requirement and upto the satisfaction of EIC etc as complete as required.

SH-III : CMC OF ACs AND WATER PURIFIER/ COOLERS Comprehensive maintenance of single/three phase, High Wall/Tower/Ductable Type Split AC of following capacity of all makes and models/types with voltage stabilizers (if installed) at different locations including providing two numbers manpowers (one technician & one helper) in two shifts for all days with all necessary consumables and maintenance spares etc. as complete as required as per special conditions. i) First Year a) a) 1.5 TR, Single Phase High Wall Split AC

Comprehensive maintenance of standalone Water Purifiers installed at different locations including providing all necessary consumables and spares etc. as complete as required as per special conditions. SH-IV : FIRE ALARM & FIRE FIGHTING Service visit through OEM/Specialised Agency for carrying out servicing/maintenance of Complete FAD System with all detectors/Fire alrarm panel(installed in terminal building / power house/ admin building) and complete checking of fire fighting system in case of breakdown/ emergency/ as and when required and submission of service / maintenance report of OEM or Specialized Agency complete in all respect. a) First year
