Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling, mass concrete and sunken floor treatments, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Water proofing treatment to sunken slab /floors/walls etc and shall be carried out, complete all as specified and directed the following:- (a) Cleaning the sunken portion of Toilet/bath/WC/Kitchen throughly to remove the laitance, dirt etc and thrown out side the MD land. (b) Form angle fillet of size 50 mm X 50 mm along the junction of wall and floor using polymer modified mortar, Apply one coat of polymer coating on all angle fillets by brush and cover it with 100 mm open glass fibre / geotextile fibre mesh when it is still wet. Apply second coat of the same coating on the angle fillet and allow it to dry completely. Make PIDILITE(Dr fixit Pidicrete URP)/ASIAN(smarcare repair polymer)/FOROC/BASF/SIKA. (c) Sanitary pipe entering through walls and floor shall be sealed with bitumin based seal tape / epoxy bonding agent and gaps to be grouted with non shrink cementitious grout . Nahani traps etc to be fitted securely and gaps around it to be grouted in the same manner. Make : PIDILITE(Dr fixit epoxy bonding agent or bathseal tape )/ AISAN (Smartcare apcorap epoxy bonding agent).

(d) In the remaining area in dry substrate condition brush apply first coat of the acrylic cementitious coating and further apply second coat in perpendicular direcion after 6-8 hours when first coat is dry, and sprinkling quartz sand for shearkey purpose on secon coat in wet condition and allow to dry it completely, Extend the coating up to 1.2 mm above the FFL. Coverage of cementitiou coating to be maintained of min 1.8 kg per sqm for two coats. Make : PIDILITE(Dr fixit fastflex)/ASIAN (ultrablock 2K)/BASF/FOSROCK/SIKA. (e) Sunken portion to be tested for 72 hours for water tightness after only flooring work can be started. Cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (f) After 2 to 3 days sunken portion must be overlaid with a 50 mm thick concrete screed 1:3:6 type B-0 mixed with integral WPC liquid laid to slope 1:60 towards outer face of wall. Provide 40 mm OD CPVC pipe at the lowest point with 600 mm projection beyond the outer face of the wall, then filled up the sunken portion with lean concrete 1:4:8 type D-2.(Note : lean concrete 1:4:8 paid saperatly). Note : All the material involved in sunken treatment shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate and only floor area will be measured for the payment purpose.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces, with using liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per 50 kg bag of cement or as per manufracture's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately under relevant item.
