Providing and fixing Tata Durashine 0.60mm thick prepainted steel sheet in gutter 90 cm wide,overall semi-circular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment with Dr. Fixit-FASTFLEX or equivalent with two components polymer modified cementitious coating consisting of cementitious powder and a polymer liquid in two coats for first coat:- clean and saturate surface and then applying a coat of Dr. Fixit -FASTFLEX by maintaning a coverage of 6-7sft per kg to achive one mm thickness and the same process shalltended upto 300 mm vertically. The second coat shall be applied in opposit direction after four six-hours of application of first coat then sprinkle sand on top surface of applied Dr. Fixit-FASTFLEX while still tacky over the second coat. Then apply cement mortar 1 ; 4 (1 cement :4 sand) admioxed with 200ml of pidiproof LW @ 200ml per 50kg bag of cement over the floor with the suitable grediant towards drain pipe, while the second coat of Dr. Fixit is still tacky complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, cum shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1:2 (1 cement : 1 coarse sand) : 2 graded stone aggregate 100 mm nominal size).

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new steel and other metal surfaces with enamel paint brushing to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other forign matters including carriage of material upto all leads and lifts. a) With enamel paint other than white.
