Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Back - Pullout Casing Chilled water pump set capable of delivering 255 USGPM of water . duly insulated with 32mm thik Nitrite Rubber , Each comprising of Suitable HP, TEFC Squirrel Cage Induction Motor with class "F" insulation, 1440 rpm synchronous speed, suitable for operatation on 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz A.C. supply. The Pump / Motor shall confirm to IE2 Standard and 81.4% Efficiency. 150 mm dia dial type pressure gauges for inlet & outlet, mounted on common MS base plate, complete as per specifications etc. as required. (2 Working + 1 Standby) , The motor shall have IP65, all weather proof, isolator with lockable arrangement.

CEILING SUSPENDED AHU

SITC of factory built ceiling suspended type double skinned chilled water air handling units fabricated out of extruded aluminium section with 0.6mm pre-plasticized / pre coated galvanised steel sheet outside & 0.6mm plane galvanised steel sheet inside with farward curved blower, blower section and blower motor TEFC type suitable for operation on 415 ± 10% V, 50Hz± 5% , 3 Phase AC supply, 6 row cooling coil made of Aluminium finned copper tube with coil section, pre filter section with non woven synthetic media of 10 micron particle size with an efficiency of 90% and fine filter 95% down to 5 micron (fine filter for 60 TSP AHU or Higher), polished stainless steel drain pan made out of 22SWG sheet duly insulated complete with motor , direct / belt drive as mentioned below etc. without face and bypass dampers. All direct driven fan motor shall be sourced from fan manufacturer & factory fitted only.

The AHU panel shall be insulated with 23mm thick & 36 kg/m3 density PU foam. The motor & blower assembly shall be mounted on Aluminium extruded section only. The complete AHU shall conform to standard specification. The face velocity across cooling coil shall be limited to 152 MPM maximum. UVC EMITTER.

Supplying, laying/ fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled water piping inside the building (with necessary clamps, vibration isolators and fittings but excluding valves, strainers, gauges etc.) duly insulated with following closed cell elastometric nitrile rubber of minimum 45 Kg / m3 density, thermal conductivity 0.037 W/MK or better at 20 deg mean temperature class ‘O’ insulation applied by suitable adhesive complete including repairing of damage to building etc. as per specifications and as required complete in all respect. [ Note:-The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’ class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be welded black steel pipe heavy class as per IS: 3589, from minimum 6.35 mm thick M.S. 3-WAY MIXING VALVE WITH ACTUATOR, LINKAGE & THERMOSTAT The three way modulating valves shall be provided in chilled water line to the cooling coil of Air- handlers which is actuated by a proportionate thermostat. These valves shall consist of bronze metal valve body with stainless steel trim. Modulating motor shall be suitable for operation with a signal of 0-24 volt DC. The pressure drop across valve for air-handler unit shall not exceed 5.0 PSI. The valve linkages shall be of the same make as of valves & modulating motor.

The spring return action shall be inbuilt mechanism and not externally mounted. The damper shall also be closed in the event of fire signal complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply and fixing of acoustic lining of supply air duct and plenumn with 25 mm thick resin bonded glass wool having density of 32 kg/m³, with 25 mm X 25 mm GI section of 1.25 mm thick, at 600 mm centre to centre covered with Reinforced Plastic tissue paper and 0.5 mm thick perforated aluminum sheet fixed to inside surface of ducts with cadmium plated nuts, bolts, stick pins, CPRX compound etc. complete as required and as per specifications.

Supply & fixing of underdeck insulation with 50mm thick TF quality Expanded polysterene slab.

Supplying and fixing of following thickness duly laminated aluminum foil of mat finish closed cell Nitrile rubber (Class “O”) insulation on existing duct after applying suitable adhesive for Nitrile rubber. The joints shall be sealed with 50 mm wide and 3 mm thick self adhesive nitrile rubber tape insulation complete as per specifications and as required.

g) Cleaning all the sites (where civil dismantling & new work done) & restoring the area (for Public Use) & remove all the rubbish outside hospital (KMCH) premises as per direction of EIC.

M.S. structural works with C-Channel, Equal Angle confirming to relevent IS, as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-charge complete including cutting requisite shape and size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to relevent IS: 816-1956 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS: 814- 1957, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. structural materials, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour requrired for execution and all incidental charges (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structural members as specified in relevant IS code in finished work. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 3rd floor / roof level from the ground / floor level. (PWD Bldg Schedule)

Terms and condition

The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill.

If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules
