Material and labour for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finishing the surface fair and even with water proofing compound complete, all as specified and directed. (Note water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour 5mm thick rendering on concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:3 , as in ceiling, finsihed the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for damp proofing treatment to wall with two component acrylic polymer cementitious water proof elastomeric coating food grade mix to form uniform slurry and apply with paint brush as first coat then laying a layer of fibre glass mesh cloth as first coat is still green with overlap of joints of fibre mesh not be less than 10mm, then finally apply second layer mix by brush to entire surface of container covering 0.6-0.78 sqm/G at 1mm thickness in two coats depending on the level of substrate and curing it minimum 3 days complete, all as specified and directed. Note : Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of materials all labours, tools and plants, scaffolding and working upto height 6m etc.

Supply only integral water proofing compound confirming to IS-2645 complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparing of new plastered surface and applying two coats cement base paints on walls complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces over 3mm wall care putty to make surface smooth and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sunken filling as mass concrete of sunken complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to sunken floors of kitchen, toilets, laboratories, bath and WCs etc shall be as under :- (a) Application of two component acrylic modified cementitious coating on dried surface free from containments such as dirt, dust, oil, surface treatments and old coatings. Concrete substrates must be mechanically prepared using abrasive blast cleaning or milling to remove cement laitance existing coating and achieve a gripping profile that is clean, dry and free from laitance and any other form of surface contamination. The installation instructions in manufacturer's literature should be strictly complied with including but not limited to the following:- (i) Chipping out any visible cracks in "V-Groove" pattern as applicable. Special attention on this part. Cleaning of cracks & then filling those cracks with SIKA latex SBR 100 putty/ Dr. Fixit 302 SBR latex/ perma latex SBR/ FOSROC Nitbond SBR latex/ Asian paint latex as required. Final cleaning of surface with powder grinder, wire brush, hair brush & vacuum pressure. (b) Dampen all surface immediately ahead of application of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ CICO. (c) Whilst the surface is still damp from saturation (SSD) apply one coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/ Brush bond FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ whilst of the first coat is wet. (d) Apply glass fabric sheet of SIKA Fab 1/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP whilist the first coat is wet. (e) Once touch dry, apply second coat of acrylic modified cementitious coating of SIKA top seal-107/Brush bond FOSROC/Dr. Fixit/STP/CICO of viscosity as per manufacturer ins on the entire area. (f) Second coat shall be applied after 6-8 Hrs of application of previous coat and in the direction right angle to the previous coat. (g) The waterproofing coating should be taken to a height minimum 450mm above the finished floor level on the vertical surface. (h) It is essential to cure acrylic modified cementitious coating immediately after application (min 6-8 hrs drying) for a min of 3 to 5 days to ensure full cement hydration and to minimize cracking.

(j) A protection plaster (12-15mm thick) in cement mortar (1:3) admixed with appropriate integral water proofing compound has to be a applied on the walls. (k) Admixture: Sika plastocrete plus/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645. (l) Providing and applying a protection screed 50mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with SIKA plastocrete over the applied water proofing coating on horizontal surfaces. (m) Admixture: Sika plastocrete plus/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP/ CICO confirming to IS 2645. (n) All the corners and joints should be pretreated with an elastic waterproofing sealing tape with a woven bonding mesh on each surface and an elastic expansion zone in the centre of make seal tape SIKA/ FOSROC/ Dr. Fixit/ STP. (o) The membrane has to be protected in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations until placement of concrete. The membrane to be inspected for damage just prior to concrete placement and make repairs in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations. (p) Water proofing treatment has to be carried out through authorised applicators. (q) All the joints of pipes and traps within the sunken portion shall be sealed properly by epoxy sealant. (r) All traps in sunken slabs to be enclosed with PCC (1:1½:3) (min 15cm) alround. (s) The sunken portion shall be filled with PCC (1:5:10) using 40mm graded stone aggregate all as specified.

(t) Providing drainage spout pipe GI 40mm dia bore light grade upto outside of outer wall (Approx 450 mm to 600mmlong) including cutting hole in existing wall and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and directed. (u) Providing 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as sin flooring for laying floor finishes all as specified. Notes :- (i) Item No. (s), (t) and (u) shall be measured and paid seperately. (ii) Plan area (wall to wall/ wall to beam/ beam to beam) shall be measured and paid. No separate measurement for vertical surface shall be accounted and quoted rate shall be deemed to include for the same.
