Entire hallway and mat cover for floor of accomodation rooms, Dinning room perished and damaged same to be first removed and then levelled with cementing work and laying of good quality mat of thickness 3 MM is to be done and as per direction of EIC including labour & materials.

Installation of 300 W solar power unit with solar panel, batteries and other applicable accessories with output to vessel's apparatus as required as per direction of EIC.

Five no. attach bathroom's all accessories i.e taps, showers, comode top & cover, flush tank, door, latch, valves, flushing tank pipe, complete wash basin, mirror, towell rod, hanger, soap stand, toilet paper holder, water jet, shower, discharge stainer and fitments, etc to be repaired/renewed. Overhead water tank (Capacity-250 Litre each) to be cleaned & ensure leakage proof and free flow of water from overhead tank to below tank storage to required place and proper covering of overhead tank with proper tank cover arrangement.The galley and (02) mess's basin tap, sink, discharge pipe, discharge strainer and other fitting also to be checked and repaired/renewed as required as per direction of EIC.

All AC electrical line, Navigational Lights, Flood Lights, LED lights as per existing design to be replaced / renewed. MCBs of genset to be cleaned ,overhauled and all trips to be check. Panel of engine room, accomodation, engine room emergency lights, switch boards, lighting, fire alarm, bed light, table light, light cover, exhaust fan & other fittings etc. are to be checked and rectified the defects as required as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor.

Servicing of both generators, make - Kirloskar (Type- TAF 2, 13.3 BHP,9.8 KW) including checking of fuel injector, gasket and tappet clearance & make arrangment for the self starting of genertaor after provideing 100 AH battery & alternator with neceesary wiring and boards, Checking of safety parameters and cut outs, gauges, exhaust system, lubrication system, cooling system, fuel system. All foundation bolts to be check as required as per direction of EIC.

Installation of chimney at galley with all connection like electrical, carpentary, ducting and mounting etc as required as per direction of surveyor/EIC.

The alternator Make : Crompton Greaves,(415 V, 3 PH, 13.9 AMPS) has to be serviced with exciter & AVR check, heat varnishing, megger testing and insulation checking as required as per direction of EIC/ Surveyor.

It is reported that some plate of vessels has been rusted, wasted and perished. The same has to be renewed by cropping M.S plate of existing thickness/composition as required is to be done as per direction of Surveyor/EIC. (Price to be quote in such manner that scrap kept by L-1)

Installation of DC connection of 2 no. 12 volt inverter battery, invertor in galley, accommodation rooms, mess room, passage as required as per direction of EIC/surveyor.

2 nos. Door's rubber and 4 nos. manhole gasket to be replaced as per existing one as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fitting of good quality curtain(cloth) in 6 cabin doors (Size=6'6''x 3') and 12 window (3'x3')as per direction of EIC.

Fire extinguisher to be hydraulic tested, refilled with same materials after renewal of accessories. Certificate is to be submitted as required as per direction of Surveyor/ EIC.
