Disconnecting electric connection of 60/75/100 HP motor, removing the UNSV motor from existing place by unscrewing the foundation bolts and nuts decoupling from the pump, setting aside and transporting to workshop for repairs including dismantling the motor,cutting/taking out burnt winding of stator, rotor, cleaning the slots, transporting back after repair/winding & re-assembling the same. Cost of loading, unloading & transportation shall be deemed included in the quoted rates, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Note: Winding of motor stator & rotor shall be measured & paid separately. (a) Rewinding of motor will be measured and paid separately under relevent item. (b) The motor shall be squerrel cage induction motor. Material and labour for repair of valve pit chamber of any size not less than 1.2 mtr x1.2mtrx 900 mm necessary brick work, cement mortar / plastering in brick work,PCC ,welding work of hinges and MS sheet cover,painting on welding works ,MS sheets and plastered surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth,foundation etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc. and taking out/laying of pipe lines of soft/loose soil. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing MS ERW pipe class 'B' of bore 300 mm having wall thickness 6 mm with permissible tolerance + 10% conforming to IS-3589, ISI marked alongwith circular welding joints laid in trenches/ along road/ on surface/ slopes/pillars/ culverts/ causeways etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking up or down old unseviceable GI pipe of size 150 mm dia including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
