Providing and Fixing Hut and PCC Benches in Green Belt in Bapu Dham Colony Sector 26,Chandigarh under Capital Head-Landscaping

P&F of Precast concrete reinforced benches (Chair type) with backrest, manufactured by using M-30 grade of concrete & reinforced suitable to prevent damage during handling, transportation, execution & long use. The benches consist of 2 nos. T-shape support in gray/cement colour of thickness-100 mm, back height-1000 mm & front height-450 mm, base width-620 mm, and 5 nos. reinforced concrete planks in red colour of size 1500X100 mm X 50mm and 1 no. of reinforced concrete plank of size 1500X200X50 mm all parts are joined together with galvanized nuts & bolts of suitable size. All bolts are sealed after assemble. Seating length of the Bench-1500 mm. Seating height of the Bench-450 mm. Seating back height of the Bench-1000 mm.

Providing and fixing of Hut 14’X14’ and 8’ above ground level & 2’ below ground level made of 4” dia M.S. pipe medium class. M.S. angle iron 30X30X3mm, M.S. plate 9”X9”X8mm & M.S. pipe 1 ½”X3” (14 bg.). The ceiling made with corrugated sheet (20 bg.) powder coated on M.S. pipe 1 ½”X1 ½” (16 b.) 1”X1” (16 bg.) and on the top M.S. sheet ridge piece of 20 gauge. The M.S. pipe 4” dia grouted with C.C. 1:2:4 in columns including steel and kota stone flooring to be laid on C.C. 1:8:16 in between toe wall and complete hut. Ceiling of corrugated sheet is to be painted with special quality paint over one coat of primer complete as per drawing and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge
