The Interactive Panel shall have a 4K UHD (3840 X 2160) IPS Anti-Glare LCD Display with Direct-Lit LED technology, touch-sensitive and pen-driven operation, minimum brightness of 400 nits, and integrated speakers of 30 Watts or higher. The panel shall be supplied with an OPS-based Windows Computer Module having at least Intel Core i5 Processor (11th Generation or higher), 8 GB DDR4 RAM (expandable), 256 GB SSD storage or higher, licensed Windows 11 Professional Operating System, integrated graphics, LAN, Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity.    SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS / SUPPLIERS 1.1 The bidder shall quote for supply, installation, testing, commissioning and training of the Interactive Flat Panel Display complete in all respects. 1.2 The offered make shall be BenQ, LG, Samsung meeting all technical specifications stipulated in the bid document. 1.3 The bidder shall upload detailed OEM technical datasheet/catalogue clearly indicating compliance against each specification. Offers without supporting technical literature are liable to be rejected. 1.4 The equipment supplied shall be brand new, unused and of the latest available model. Refurbished, repaired or discontinued products shall not be accepted. 1.5 The bidder shall ensure that all accessories required for proper functioning of the Interactive Panel are included in the scope of supply, including wall mount bracket, stylus pens, remote control, power cable, HDMI cable, USB cable and installation kit. 1.6 Site inspection may be carried out by the bidder before submission of offer to assess installation requirements. 1.7 Installation and commissioning shall be completed within the delivery period specified in the contract. 1.8 The supplier shall arrange all necessary tools, equipment, manpower and consumables required for installation and commissioning at site. 1.9 The Interactive Panel shall support display of presentations, videos, PDF documents, safety circulars, online training modules and interactive learning applications. 1.10 The supplier shall provide onsite operational training to Railway staff covering operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of the system.

   1.11 The supplier shall furnish warranty certificate, installation report and commissioning report at the time of handing over the equipment. 1.12 The equipment shall be covered under Minimum 03 (Three) Years Comprehensive Onsite OEM Warranty from the date of successful commissioning and acceptance. 1.13 During the warranty period, complaints shall be attended within 48 hours and rectified within 72 hours from the time of reporting. 1.14 If repair is not possible within the stipulated period, the supplier shall provide a standby unit of equivalent or higher specification without any extra cost to the Railway. 1.15 Software updates, firmware updates and technical support during the warranty period shall be provided free of cost. 1.16 The supplier shall provide contact details of authorized service centres and service engineers for prompt complaint resolution. 1.17 The supplier shall ensure availability of spare parts and technical support for a minimum period of five years from the date of supply. 1.18 The purchaser reserves the right to verify the authenticity of OEM authorization, warranty commitment and technical specifications directly from the OEM. 1.19 Any discrepancy between the offered specifications and actual supplied equipment shall lead to rejection of the material at the supplier's risk and cost.
