REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT OF PLUMBING WORK, SUNKEN REPAIRS WATER PROOFING, PLASTERING REPAIR TO WINDOW AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS OF CERTAIN BUILDINGS OF RESIDENTIAL AREA AND DEPOT AREA AT INS HAMLA UNDER GE (NW) BHANDUP

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced of any description and in any position and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing stages wise waterproofing treatment to sunken portion of toilets as under : Stage 1: Demolition of WC including lime concrete and cement concrete etc and preparing the surfaces of existing sunken portion of WCs or bath etc with wire brush to remove all loose dirt, oil grease etc including removing debries outside MD land etc complete all as specified and directed. Stage 2: Providing 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with integral water proofing chemical of STP Ltd in the proportion /quantity all as per manufactures instructions. Stage 3: Primer - Mix Tarfelt LM with water in ratio 1:1 @ 250 gms/sqm and apply the primer on the plaster surfaces. Stage 4: Application of 1st coat of Tarfelt LM of STP Ltd without dilution with water@1kg / sqm by brush all as per manufactures instructions. Stage 5: Laying 50 GSM fyber glass cloth over the 1st coat while the coated surface is still tacky all as per manufacturers instructions. Stage 6: After 6 to 7 hours interval apply second coat i.e final coat of Tarfelt LM without dilution with water of STP Ltd by brush as per manufactures instructions @1kg / sqm. Stage 7: Providing 10mm thick protective plaster in CM (1:3) mixed with STP NO -1 @ 250ml / 50kg cement all as per manufactures instructions.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of ceiling by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying one coat of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots and thereafter applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of walls including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of wall and applying one coat oil bound distemper with roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment by scrapping / washing down with water and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer, applying with roller complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for white cement based wall care putty not less than 1 mm thick on wall / ceiling new or old surfaces of any description finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of Plastic emulsion paint on wall and ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old decorated wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
