Dismantling cement concrete including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing the debris within 50m with supply of all labour, T&P, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete cleaning the debrises with all taxes, including leads & lifts transportation & disposing at specified place and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (Excluding GST).

Earth work in all kind of soil with initial lead and lift including rough dressing in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth and the Earth transported by transport vehicles as directed by the Engineer-in-charge (Excluding GST).

Filling in foundation and plinth with filling dredged spoil including watering and ramming but excluding cost of GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

P.C.C(1:3:6) of using 40mm. & down C.B.G chips of approved quality in foundation & plinth including mixing hosting, laying to proper level & slope compacting, curing, watering charges etc. complete including cost & supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Making 50 mm x 50 mm furrows, 25mm/ 50mm deep, 450 to the center line of the road and at one metre interval in the existing thin bituminous wearing coarse including sweeping and disposal of excavated material within 1000 metres lead with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of IRC Gr-II(63 mm to 45 mm ) size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite and to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate with Quarry dust , watering and compacting to the required density as per clause 404 of MORTH specification for Road & Bridge works with supply of all material labour transporation hire and running charge of equipments, taxes , tollage , royalties etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC.

Construction of dry lean cement concrete subbase over a preapred subgrade with coarse and fine aggregate confirming to IS:383, the size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25mm., aggregate cement ration not to exceed 15:1, aggregate gradation after blending to be as per table 600.1, cement content not to be less than 170Kg./Cum., optimum moisture content to be determined during trial length construction, concrete strength not to be less than 10MPA at 7 days, mixed in a batcking plant, transported to site, laid and compacting with vibratory roller 8 to 10 ton capacity , finshing and curing as per clause 601 of MoSRT&H specification for road & bridge works (4th revision) as per directionof Engineer-in-Charge (Excluding GST).

Supplying and laying 125 Micron polythene separation membrane with overlapping of 300 mm at joints including cleaning the surface before placing the membrane etc., complete including cost of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, taxes excluding GSTetc, all complete as directed by the Engineer In Chrage. (N.B. : No payment will be made for overlapping.)

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 85mm deep longitudional joints by fixing 12 mm dia 640mm long HYSD bars @ 450mm C/C painted 50mm at center with anti-corrosive paint including providing & fixing bitumen paper, painting one side of concrete surface (250mm thick) with bituminous black paint, cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials, reinforcement, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & forming 12mm wide x 60mm deep contraction joints by fixing 32 mm dia 450mm long mild steel round bars @ 300mm C/C including painting two third of the bars with anticorrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted & cutting grooves of required size and sealing the grooves with bitumastic filler etc, complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supplying & forming 25mm wide x 250mm deep expansion joints by fixing 32 mm dia 450mm long mild steel bars @ 300mm C/C including painted 275mm length of bars with anti-corrosive paint & covering the same with 125 micron polythene fitted and HDFC/G.I. cap of 100 mm long at the other end including fixing 25mm thick & 220 mm deep joint filler Board (Shalitax or equivalent) painting one side of concrete surface with bituminous black paint & sealing the groove with bitumastic filler etc, all complete with cost & supply of all materials including dowel bars, T&P, labour, Hire and running charges, of all machineries, safety measures, taxes excluding GST etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cement concrete of M-30 grade of PQC by using Crusher broken hard granite chips of 12mm to 20 mm size of approved quality for RCC road work, mixing in a Batching plant, transporting the concrete by any approved means, hoisting, laying on road pavement slabs in panels of required size, providing thermocol at top 50 mm of the panel joints so as to create a gap of 12mm between panels, compacting by mechanical vibrator with 60mm needle vibrator, finished smooth to the exposed surface to proper grade and camber, texturing the top surface by brooming with wire brush, curing by ponding, barricading the area for proper safety of the fresh concrete without obstructing the traffic, etc with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, tollage, all transportation charges, engagement, hire & running charges of all machineries, taxes excluding GST and excluding cost of formwork, cost of joints, cost of steel & labour charges for bending & binding of steel etc all complete as directed by Engineer in Charge. (N.B. : 1)Two separate Mix Design shall be conducted with different Cement brand for RCC work & Barricading the site if required.2)material testing cost borne by contractor.) without Pavor sensor

C.C. M20 for R.C.C. works using 20mm and 10 mm size C.B.G. chips for all floors, foundation & plinth etc. of approved quality, mixing as per approved design mix, hoisting, laying, compacting with40 to 60 neddle vibrator, curing with cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, tollage, royalties,etc. all complete but Excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply Tor/TMT steel Fe 500 confirming to IS-1786 including cutting, straightening, bending, binding & placing the grills in position for RCC works including binding the grills with binding wire of 18 to 20 gauge including cost of steel, all labour,materials, transportation charges, T&P, taxes, etc. all completebut excluding GST as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. NB: No payment shall be made for extra weight than theoretical co-efficient.

Providing rigid smooth leak proof centering & shuttering made of steel/ply, plank of approved quality for R.C.C. structures and deshuttering and removing the same after due period with supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, royalties, tollage, etc. all complete but excluding GST as directed by Engineer-in -charge.

RCC Wall

Drilling 16mm dia holes on concrete surface (vertical/horizontal), upto 200mm depth , cleaning the holes with air blower, filling the hole with thick cement slurry and putting 12mm dia rods of required length with supply of all materials,labour,T&P, Gate Pass expenses all machineries,operator expenses,POL and inclusive of all taxes etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.(Excluding cost of GST). * The payment for 12mm dia rod is not included in the price.

Supplying of 150mm dia GI Pipe medium quality conforming to IS-1239, part - 1 (2004) transporting, cutting, placing, proper fixing of GI with cost & expenses of all materials, tools and plants,labour charges, machineries, taxes, tollages, VAT, Port entry fees etc all complete as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Engagement of 5HP Diesel Pump sets and placing those pumps at required locations inside prohibited area for dewatering of stagnated water by pumping including fuel and consumable, providing required length of suction and delivery pipes with supply of all labour, T&P, engagment, hire & running charges of Pump, transportation charges, tollage, Operator cost, Port entry fee with barricading the same area if required etc. including all taxes excluding G.S.T all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (No idle charges will be paid. Pumps will be engaged as and when required).

Engagement of following machineries like JCB,Tractor for shifting the exiting debris, heaves from th worksite and depositing the same at identified place including supply of all labor,T&P, hire and running charges of machineries, cost of fuel,lubricant,operator cost,macrching charge,watch and ward,port entry fees etc.all complete as per direction oif Engineer-in-charge.

Tractor

Providing and laying factory made chamfered edged cement concrete paver blocks in footpath, park lawn, drive way or light traffic parking etc. M30 strength and 80 mm thick ,made by table vibratory method using PU mould , laid in required colour & parten over 50 mm thick compacted bed of sand , compacting and proper embedding /laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer throught vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting the paver blocks as per required size and partern, sweeping the surface etc all complete with supply of material, labour , t&P taxes tollage etc all complete but excluding GST as directed by EIC

One coat Priming with water bond cement primer to the newly plster surface of the exterior Wall or over the exisitng putty surface of the interior wall of approved make & shade to make an even finished surface in all heights with all scaffolding and staging including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, all taxes, transportation charges etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Exterior painting two coats to wall surface with acrylic based weather coat paint of approved quality & shade having resistance to Fungus, Fading, including scraping, cleaning, brushing, washing the old paint, as and when required, removing the flakes applying uniformly two coats including cost and supply of all materials, labour, T&P, taxes, transportation, staging, scaffolding, etc. complete but excluding cost of GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
