REMOVING DOORS & WINDOWS & MAKING OPENING IN AAC BLOCK WALL :Labour charges only for carefully removing and takingoutexisting steel, wooden doors/woodenpartition/windows/clearstory window shutters from itsexisting position at all floors levels and locations including chiseling around the frame hold fasts cartingaway debris making good the chiseled surface suitablyas per the site requirement and shifting the atdismantled materials to the directed place with stackingin proper order including removing he existingmongeryfittings fixtures locking arrangmeent andreturning thesame to the Department of respectivemaintenance unitetc. complete all as directed by theEngineer-in-Charge.

Removing & refixing of existing false ceiling ceiling / Ceiling Lights & refixing the same after completion of work including grids, remapiring the same if damaged during execution of work complete as directed and instructed.

Providing standalone (free standing) Sub-structure for lead lining Wall system complete with all installation accessories complete. shall be fully pre-fabricated and truly modular in design. These shall have self-supporting, freestanding substructure without the need for any brick walls except the bounding (outer) walls of the main building. The substructure shall be made of GI of minimum 2 mm sheet thickness. The substructure shall be firmly fixed onto the floor, slab'/ceiling RCC with high quality fasteners. The depth of the substructure shall vary at different locations to allow ample space to accommodate various components '/ equipment’s to be installed inside it. Substructure shall have additional horizontal support (mounting bracket) for medical gases outlets, x-ray viewer, monitors etc. The wall substructure should be calculated considering Floor to Slab height 3600mm. The free standing structure includes the following: 1) Floor rails, ceiling rails, sectional support of made of GI sheet thickness minimum 1.5mm – 2 mm 2) Reinforcement of corners 3) Crossbeams to fix wall mounting devices i.e. Control Panel, X-Ray viewer 4) Re-enforcement & preparation work of frames for Sliding door. b)Wall Panels Providing SS modular wall panel with minimum 0.8 - 1 mm thick SS sheet (material no. DIN 1.4301) backed with 18.0mm high quality plaster board at the back of SS panel, complete with antimicrobial powder coating, complete. No other material other than Stainless steel 304 (grade specified) shall be used for this purpose. The fire resistance for the wall panel should be minimum 25 min. Supporting document to be submitted in the bid. The Wall panel should be made Electrostatic Discharge proof. Please specify the technique The Modular wall Panel System includes the following: 1) SS wall panels with pre-powder coating 2) One piece corner panel for inside corners 3) SS Base Profile for SS wall panel system 4) Powder coated Ceiling edge angles for SS wall panel system 5) Electrical outlets , lead box for elextrical box. 6) Cutout for installation of wall mounting devices i.e. Control Panel, X-Ray viewer etc...All the wall Panels shall be pre-powder coated and no painting job shall be carried out at site. The pre-powder coating shall be maintained at a minimum deposit thickness of 80 - 120 microns. The SS wall panels shall be reinforced with 18mm non-flammable, high quality plaster board glued on the back of wall panels to make a total thickness of around 19 mm (1mm+18mm). Wall Panelling. Wall and ceiling panels shall be easily openable '/closable for quick resumption of operations after repair'/maintenance and for future expansion and up-gradation. The wall panels on both sides of the substructure shall be openable except where there is an unavoidable brick '/ RCC structure. The wall panels shall be firmly fixed on the substructure with the help of screws. The vertical joints between two wall panels shall be equivalent to 10 mm or less. Full height silicon rubber seal gasket of Medical Grade shall be used to fill the gap between two wall panels to ensure a 100% hermetically sealed vertical, flush with wall panels mounted joint. There shall not be any rubber seal '/ joint at any corner. Finished Floor to False Ceiling Height inside as per site condition. with 2 mm thick Lead lining

Providing & fixing position teak wooden frame of 5"x3" finished size with 2 mm inside lead lining in staggered / plain on frame surface, fixing to wall with hold fast embedded in concrete, including providing & fixing 35mm or more solid core flush shutter both side laminated with approved laminate or matching existing design pattern of surrounding area with 2 mm Lead Lined to shutter with sufficient no of hinges, with tower bolds, SS aldrop heavy duty with handles matching existing design without damaging the lead line provided to frame & shutter complete as directed and instructed by E-I-C. Over all size of door frame is 3'x 8' or as per existing site condition.

P/f Teakwood Wooden frame of 50x50mm size with 2mm thick lead lined & fixing existing lead glass of approx. size 3 x 2 feet (or as per lead glass to be installed as per item) approx. size, teak wood beading all-round with all hardware fixtures complete as directed and instructed. Doing melamine polish complete as directed and instructed.

P/f lead View clear Glass having lead properties equivalent to min 2mm thick lead sheet / lining for console room having overall size of 3 x 2 feet. Complete as directed and instructed by EIC.

BRICK WORK: Brick work at all floor level with cement mortar 1:4 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous and as directed by engineer in charge. In foundation & plinth drain walls chambers & superstructure of all floor levels.

CEMENT PLASTERING: Cement Plastering for internal wall and ceiling with cement mortar 1:4 finished smooth with neeru over brick walls of concrete surfaces including hacking the concrete surfaces at all floors and levels in quantities as required at site including scaffolding curing, etc. complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

GRANITE: Providing and fixing 18mm thick gang saw cut mirror polished premoulded and prepolished) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills , facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels.

Providing and fixing vertical blinds (Premier Quality) 100mm regular quality make made from 100%polyster yarn coated with fade resistance polymer to ensure minimum light transmittance having suitable coating on exterior in all respect as per design and instruction of EIC. Scope also includes removing of existing blinds and handing over to the concerned engineer or disposing the same as per the instructions of Engineer-in charge.[AS PER SAMPLE AVAILABLE AT SITE] [Payment will be made on actual Measurement basis. Windows measurement to be taken before installation of roller blinds for achieving one piece work. ]

Providing & applying 2 or more coats of Luster paint of approved shade & colour to internal walls over a two or more coat of primer as per manufactures specification. The rate shall include levelling, finishing the rough surface new / old plaster surface with putty-primer complete as directed and instructed by E-I-C
