MISC B/R REPAIR TO MD ACCN BUILDINGS AT AIR FORCE STATION HIGHGROUND UNDER AGE (I) HIGHGROUND CHANDIGARH

Dismantling brick tiles or concrete tiles single layer on roof and removal complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of mud phuska on roofs any thickness including mud plastering (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) and removal to a distance exceeding 100 metre, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in roof padding and maintaining required slope incl mixing water proofing compound (Dr. Fixit) as per manufacturers instruction (water proofing liquid shall be paid seperately) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing mud plaster/ tarfelt including roof treatment , bedding on brick or stone surface, roof parapet wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface Preparation: Existing Surfaces must be clean, even, and sound concrete. Remove oil, dirt, laitance & mud phuska. Material & Labour for Crack treatment: Cutting and opening cracks to a depth of 10x10 mm V or U Shape by mechanical means. Cleaning al the dirt and loose particles by air pressure and wetting crack to attain SSD condition. filling the crack using Repair Polymer modified cement mortar. Bore Packing: Using AP Smartcare Repair Polymer over pipe and Internal side of concrete followed by filing high strength non shrink grout for a gap of up to 20mm (between pipe and concrete) before treating the surface with Waterproofing layer. Supplying and applying SmartCare Damp Proof Ultra, fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with Sun Reflectivity Index (SRI) of 105 on top of roof in three coats @ 1.8 Kg/sqmt to be reinforced, having minimum elongation of 350%, tensile strength 2.9Mpa and shall have crack bridging ability of up to 2.5mm and shall resist 10bars of hydrostatic pressure, reduces surfaces temperature up to 10 degree Celsius also IGBC certified (Indian Green Building Council) Certificate will be provided by company. The system consists of self-priming with 33% water dilution followed by two undiluted coats of Damp Proof ultra,the fibermesh of 40 to 50 GSM must be sandwich between 1st and 2nd coat of Damp Proof Ultra.(dry film thickness of complete application/system not less than 500 microns) and Ponding test to be done after application of material. The work will cariied out on on horizontal and vertical surface. The work shall be carried out by authorized applicator of approved make/brand and 10 years Waterproofing warranty on Terraces and work shall be obtained and carried from Authorized make/brand. Make: Berger, Nerolac, Asian, Dulux.

Material & labour plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in,roof kerb ,padding to roof to maintain the required slope mixed with acrylic base water proofing compound @ 1% by weight of cement including all necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified. Make: Pidiproof WL (Dr Fixit) or equivalent ISI marked make as approved by AGE(I) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair Rotational moulded PVC, double layered, water storage tanks of capacity 500 litre (cylindrical vertical with closed top), ISI Marked, hoisted and fixed in position, with & including all fittings such as GI tank nipple etc. but excluding ball valve , complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repair Ball valve, high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball, ISI marked (Minimum weight 210 gms), screwed & suitable for iron pipe 20 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.
