Taking out damaged HT bushing with rubber gasket and and supply & fixing new HT bushing of existing same size and same make with rubber gasket with and necessary T&P arrangement for transformer 11/0.433 KV of capacity 50 KVA to 300 KVA, after replace the HT bushing connection with fully opernational condition of out put voltage parameters complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and Lbour for disconnecting and opening of all electrical connections for HT/LT sides, opening of top cover of transformer, carefully removing worn out gaskets with help of scrappers of LT/HT sides and neutral of all bushings, air vent pipe gasket and replace with new all gaskets cock sheet refixing its original position of all bushings, airvent pipe and positioned top cover including wornout nuts and bolts alongwith washers, checking to all parameters, lekage of oil and re connected all HT/LT connections topping up of oil upto mark level for 11 KV/0.433 KV if capacity 50 to 300 KVA transformer including required T&P items completed all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply and fix Cork sheet gasket for top cover of transformers including dismantling /disconnecting LT/HT side connections from bushings, opening of the top cover of and removing unservicable cock sheet with proper scrappers of existing transformer with required T&P and refixing the same and reconnected all HT/LT connections shall be made, topping up of transformer oil upto mark level as directed and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- Topping up of nes transformer oil shall be measured and paid to relevant items.

Supply and fix in replacement of Brass gate valve size 40mm including switch off electric supply of incoming and out going of the transformer drain out all oil complete oil from main tank stored to suitable container taking out non-functioal gate valve from eixting drain out system with suitable size end cap including refilling of transformer oil up to mark level of transformer capacity 50 to 300 KVA complete all sepecified and dircted by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing and maintenance of HT 11 KV switch gear/VCB panels decarbonsing of all contact points including greasing of the moving parts, cleaning of the moving/stationary contact with CTs, reomoving moisture by means of hot air blower genral servicing of the switch gear, renewal of gaskets nuts bolts, etc., complete including testing of the switch gear after repairs and including relays cabliration and testing of all relays with setting with connected load as complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
