Disconnecting existing tank of capacity exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning etc and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from tanks and form mouth of cirulating pipes and marking the date of cleang etc complete all as specified and as directed

S&F as in repair rotational moulded polythene water storage tank of capacity 500 Ltr 3 layer (cylindrical vertical with closed top cover), hoisted and fixed in position all specified in SSR part –I ( 1991) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note : The cost of accessories like inlet and out let pipe ball valve to air vent pipe shall be measured and paid separately under concerned item No thing extra admissible on this account

Material and labour for water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces with polymeric water Proofing 3 mm thick minimum 160gm/Sqm non woven polyster coat of oil based bitumen emulsion primermatt over a coat of blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15@ 1.2Kg/Sqm as applied on top of polymeric membrance and finally finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint 100 gm/Sqm all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Asbestos cement (corrugated or semicorrugated , etc) sheets in roof coverings etc all as specified and drected.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering as ridges/valley gutters fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs anodised snap grid false ceiling using 15 micron anodised standard aluminium sections of size 25mm x 25mm x 1.4mm as in wall angle, 25mm x 25mm x 1.4mm as in Main/cross tees and grid of size 610 x 610 mm suspended with 4mm dia GI wire at intervals n exc 600mm centre to centre and fixed to roof slab/truss with suitable size MS hooks and fastening bolts etc incl 4mm thick 'E' board sheet ceiling boards of size 600mm 600mm fixed with clips to aluminium snap grid and painting with two coats of acrylic distemebr over a coat of primer duly preparing the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 2mm thickFibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc.including taking down old sheet all as specified and directed.

M&L for mild steel angle iron work in purlins, flat sections incl distance pieces, cleat etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to new steel surface incl preparation exc. 10 cm width or girth incl complete all as directed.

S &F 80mm thk precast cement concrete machine pressed and vibrated factory made heavy duty cobble stone interlocking paver tile laid over a bed of 40mm thk machine compacted sand including levelling with power vibrator over PCC 1:3:6 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregates) of 75 mm thick complete as directed

M&L for glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm wide and inserted in position to confirm to design.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using (40mm graded stone aggregated) as in flooring 100 mm thick laid in alternate panels as in hard standing floor and the take finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed .

M&L for 25 mm thick precast chequered tiles, coloured, pre-polished, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with the shade of tiles, as in floor, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Precast coloured cement concrete pavement tiles(Eurocon or Duracrete or Ultra make) laid in floorings as per manufacturer size over a screed bed of CM 1:6, 20 mm all as specified and directed
