Taking down of cement plaster on walls and ceiling of any description incl raking out of joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick concrete surface of walls, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work & precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4, in half brick thick wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping of boundry wall, incl necessary formwork complete all as specified and diected.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes 200mm dia (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced concrete) jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches or wall if required, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F reinforced concrete pipes of 200mm bore class NP-2 with one coller per length of pipe complete all as specified and directed

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles glossy finish 30cm x 30cm x 20-25mm thick, with PVC moulding set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with mixture of white and grey cement in equal proportion and pigment over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658- 2006 M-35 grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cusion complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80 mm thick Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size conforming to IS 15658- 2006 M-40 grade laid over and including 25mm thick sand cusion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete kerb stone, with precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:4 as in kerb stone to road, path complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling posts & struts; (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embedded portion & making good distributed ground complete all as specified and directed. (Post embeded in Concrete, brick work, masonry etc.)

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc. 0.5 cum in hard/dense soil and getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with eareth around in layers not exc. 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B-2, using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel work as in post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets securing wire mesh including all necessary drilling and bolting and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any descirption not otherwise described over 10cm width or grith and applying two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over and incl one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm dia & over TMT bars cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally or hooking for columns and binding with M.S wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long and dia of neck 5-10mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only MS chain link fencing any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh size and type to any type of standard rails, straining bolts etc, including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolt, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolt, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preperation of old plastered surface of wall and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and directed.
