Taking down chowkahts or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkahts or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exceeding 1.5 Sqm and not exceeding 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Forming jambs, etc to openings including cutting, toothing and properly bonding into old work, also facing, jointing and pointing to match existing work in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium powder coated windows having three track with aluminium section 92 x 31.75 mm having weight of bottom section 1.070 kg/m, top & styles of 0.933 kg/m, shutter section 40 x 18 mm (weight of handle section 0.417 kg/m) other section of 0.547 kg/m, mounted on bearing to slide on tracks in approved shade with and including 5mm thick plain glass and stainless steel wire mesh, PVC track gasket, EPDM rubber gasket on glass of weather tightening along with locks, handle including sealing gap with silicon sealants and making it water proof in all manner complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of aluminium powder coated ventilators having fixed glass with aluminium section having section 50.80 x 25.40 mm (weight 0.489 kg/m) glazing clear section with locking clips (weight 0.109 kg/m) with and including 5mm thick frosted glass and making frame and glass water tight etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel framed work as in grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in copings, blocks, filling in frames and other similar work and the like including weathering, slightly rounded and throating etc; complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks wall etc; including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 on any faces of brick or concrete surface of walls, finishing with surface even and smooth withoutusing extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on any faces of brick or concrete surface of walls, finishing with surface even and smooth withoutusing extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of mild steel framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges, cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc; n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of steel or iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm with or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of stainless steel kitchen plate rack of size 36" x 36" x 10" of approved make and design and fixed with wooden gutka & steel screws to wall complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 18mm thick plywood, grade BWP, type BB fixed to timber framework on front face of kitchen basket shutters and cabinet box including necessary fixing screws in back side, including shutters and cabinet suspension bracket / hanging bracket fixed with screws & clips including providing self adhesive edging tape on edges of board complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of 0.90 mm decorative laminate, type-1 of surface finish, colour and pattern as approved, fixed with approved adhesive as per manufacturer's instructions to plywood framework complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of stainless steel modular kitchen baskets such as cutlery, plate, plain steel basket etc; grade of SS-304 of any size and shape complete all as specified and directed.
