M&L for hardcore of broken stone/boulders of gauge exc. 63mm but not exc 100mm, deposited, spread & levelled in layers not exc. 15 cm thick, watered & rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed

M&L for moorumm/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exc. 15 cm thick spread, levelled & rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed

M&L for boulder filling dry, handpacked tightly, as in wire crate apron vertical bunds with sloping face complete all as specified and directed Note:-Wire crate shall be measured and paid separately.

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, laid dry complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 225mm x 150mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired & laid in position, including closing after filling complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping and the like including weathering , slightly rounded or chamfered angle with and incl necessary use and waste of form work .complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for random rubble walling, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in sub base of to receive interlocking tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured chemically treated interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade with grey cement and pigment laid over and including 40mm thick uniformly levelled surface of stone dust cushioning complete all as specified and diredted.

Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiles / terrazo including cement mortar bedding (but not backing),removal servicable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster on wall in cement mortar 1:6 on brick wall / concrete surfaces of finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for brickwork with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straright or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demoilition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of R. C. C. of any description and in any position complete all as specified & directed. .

M&L for formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft & raft beams,sides & soffits of foundation & plinth beams and similar work verticle or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming to complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) for bond Stone or in window or door cills, lintels, bressummers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings, kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling), corbels, brackets, etc.(of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers weatherings, throating etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) as in flooring including joints fillings complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm below or above ground floor complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for flush point to random rubble masonry, uncoursed or brought upto courses or ashlar masonry in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
