Make: Shree Elevator Engineering Co. Notes for SI Item Nos 1 to 7:- (i) This schedule does not include the items covered under Sch A Part - II. (ii) All the items required to ensure the smooth and perfect working of the lifts other than those covered under Sch A Part - II shall be deemed to be included in this schedule. (iii) Cleaning of machine rooms and lift pit, drain out water from lift pit shall be quoted rates. (iv) the lifts under item no. 1 to 7 are declared BER and 1 lift purposed to BER and BOO is under progress. After approval new tender operation of these lifts will be stoped , however in case if due to stopage of operation of these lifts the amount of work done if will be resulted less than the deviation limit specified in tender then amendment to contract will be issued to regularise the deviation, the contractor shall note this condition before quoting his offer. The net executed quantity for Schedule A item No 1 to 7 shall be measured and paid . The contractor shall not have any bojection for stopage of operation of lift and ultimately non operation / execution of schedule A item No 1 to 7 for fullquantity and or execution for limited period less than specified in tender and also contractor shall not have any claim on this account.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II : REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT Disconnecting and taking old/unserviceable travelling cable and supply Flat Travelling Cable PVC insulated 16 core flat/ round type with multistranded copper conductor 1100 volts grade of size 0.75 sqmm confirming to IS and including thimbless suspended type freeely move with car cabin up and down movements between ground and upper floors including necessary proper connection with midway junction and other connection required in circuit complete for lifts installed at army area colaba complete all as specified and as directed. Location:- P 112, P-107 Make : Rolliflex / Flexon or equivalent

Disconnecting and taking out Full Height infrared Door Sensor & supply and fixing new Full Height infrared Door Sensor as specified and dircted by Engineer incharge for Bldg No. P 112, P-107 complete all as specified and directed. Make : TL Jons, Memco or equivalent.

S & F in repair electric fan axial flow type 300 mm sweep including fixing and necessary wiring complete all as specified and directed. Make:- VBM or equivalent.

Dismantling and taking out old unserviceable defective batteries of ARD and supply and fixing testing and commissining for new maintenance free battery for ARD including neccesary connnection like battery terminal of brass and copper lead to connect 12 V 18 AH batteries 4 nos complete as specified and directed. S & F in repairs Governer steel wire rope 08 mm dia (8 X 19) constructions, fibre core, 1420 N per sq mm tensile grade, bright surface finish, RHO (lay type and direction), including clamping by dog clamp, nuts & bolts, washers etc complete complete all as specified and directed.. SCHEDULE 'A' PART-III : MANNING & OPERATION Operation of multiple passenger lift installed at various buildings by deputing one lift attendent for vertical operation of one lift per shift for timing of Two shifts (i.e. 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs & 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs) including daily cleaning of car cabin, taking care of lift for smooth functioning, checking of vertical landing operation, any damage, pilferage, theft & any breakdown shall be immediately inform to concerned lift mechanic, JE/AGE E/M as specified and directed.
