Providing, laying and spreading of graded stone aggregate (ETA) after mixing with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying with 1% OPC cement and 3.5% Emulsion in uniform single layer on sub base/subgrade and compacting with the road roller to achieve the desire density

Dense Graded Bituminous Macadam Grading I :- Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.0 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects. .[MORTH Ref. SI No. 5.04 B - 505.]

Tack Coat :- Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen(VG 10) using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with mechanical broom. [MORTH Ref. SI No. 5.02 - 503.]

Bituminous Concrete Grading II :- Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder(VG 30) @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects. [MORTH Ref. SI No. 5.05 B - 507.]

Excavation in foundation trench of Culvert including lead up to 50Mtr. And lift upto 1.50 Mtr. Complete with all labour ,materials, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work as SOR Item No 251

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone ballast 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials. Providing and Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete Pipe NP4 for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head parapets Clause 1106.[PWD SOR CH-20/10 + CH-1] (900 mm Dia)

12 mm thick plaster for number plates in 1:3 cement and coarse sand mortar including all material, labour T&P etc required for proper completion of work

Providing and laying of hot appiled thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area. Thickeness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015 The finished surface to be level uniform and free from streak and holes.
