Taking up U/S CI water main (including all fitting) with spigot & socket MS/GI pipe or any other type of pipe or lead joint including burning out joint & recovering lead from pipe of 100mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for DI pipes of size 100mm bore with spigot and socket end centrifugally cast class "K- 7", in any length laid in trenches/ on surface/over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Di fitting Mead joint/ Tyton joint will be measured and paid separately all the dismantled/ demolished taking down material shall be reused or removed from site. Make- Kejriwal casting/ Kesoram/electro steel.

Supply installation Testing and commissioning of Microprocessor based single phase tamper proof electronic static prepaid cum postpaid energy meter rating 240 Volt, 50 Hz of range 10-60 Amps, complying to IS-16444 with LED display and parameters like Voltage, Current, Frequency Power, Power factor, KWh/KVA, default fin built dual source inbuilt long range (LORAWAN) Communication suitable for outdoor LoRa data accumulator and also compatible for Prepaid and Postpaid online energy monitoring billing system, with disconnection reconnection through remote software/data export to ERP complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge by MES with 2 Years warranty. Taking down energy meter fixed in panels of any capacity any type after carefully disconnecting electrical connections all as specified and as directed by MES-in-Charge Note: Quoted rate shall have deemed to be inclusive of following parameters – (a) Meter reading record shall be submitted before and after replacement duly signed by the contractor rep and MES rep (b) Old meters should be handed over to MES store (c) Any rejoining of wires /cables shall be done using suitable ferrule /cable connectors after removal of meter (d) The cost of making good disturbed surfaces & matching to the existing surface is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor LoRa accumulator for long range communication up to 1 KM suitable for communicating with prepaid come postpaid meter with LoRa communication protocol and the data transfer to the existing Elnet V5 Software complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The cost of pole/fixing/mounting arrangmeent on which the accumulator to be installed and SMPS power supply with power backup for minimum up to 2 Hrs is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. Supply fixing testing & commissioning of configuration of Cloud Hosted multi user web based software with following modules for 3 Years:- (i) Meter data management Modules: The meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system. The billing system would support offline meter data entry the meter data management system would capture and provide the following data. (ii) Mobile Application for all MES Users: (a) 30min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters - cumulative energy Power Current Voltage, Power factor and frequency (b) Monthly and quarterly billing survey data for cumulative energy and max demand (iii) Billing Module: The billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate billing determinant and make energy data/billing data available to admin and end user. (iv) Occupation and Vacation module: The system would support occupation/vacation based on the unit categories. The system would support automatic data capture on occupation and vacation events. (v) Customer Module The system would include a customer portal for the resident/occupants to log in and view their own energy/billing data.

(vi) Energy Accounting module: The system would include features of energy accounting, the system would to able to account for total energy block wise, facility wise and would also allow calculations of the unaccounted energy in case total energy meter is also available.
