Making the opening in brick masonry including dismantling, fixing chowkhats in floor or walls cutting masonry and fixing holdfasts in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement:3coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) painting two coats of coal tar to sides of chowkhats and making good the damages to walls and floors complete to match the existing surface : For door

P&L cement concrete 1:1½:3 (M-20) (1 cement: 1 ½ coarse sand: 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in:- Suspended floors, roofs, landings, columns, pillars posts, struts shelves, balconies, chajjas, lintels, beams, cantilevers etc. including cost of required steel shuttering/form work but excluding cost of reinforcement for all reinforced concrete works. Nothing extra on account of any additional height for shuttering/formwork shall be paid by the department. (All work upto floor V level).

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete including cost of steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete.

Providing and laying Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded brick aggregate 40 mm nominal size) under flooring/steps/stage including cost of necessary formwork complete.

P/L 40 mm thick flooring of cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2coarse sand: 4 stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) under tile flooring.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches including cutting the patch in proper shape raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish outside the University Campus. With cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement: 4 Coarse Sand). Internal/External. Al work upto floor V level.

10-15mm thick cement plaster 1:4 (1cement: 4 sand) in single coat on rough/fair side of single or half brick walls for interior/exterior plastering including necessary formwork/scaffolding and making grooves where required. All work upto floor V level.

Brick work with 2nd class bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth & superstructure in cement mortar 1:6(1 cement : 6 coarse sand). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and Fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neroprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beeding for glazing / paneling, C.P brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For Frames and shutter of door window and ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots, handles tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, including the cost of PVC/neroprene gasket 5 mm glass panes/12 mm teak board laminated on both sides, hydraulic door machine wherever required complete job as required. The Spacing of vertical members not to exceed 4'-0" & section to be used is 104 mm x 44.45 mm.

6mm- 10mm cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement :3 Sand) to ceiling including cost of centering, shuttering, scaffolding etc. as required on exposed surface of RCC. All work upto floor V level.

Providing angular fillets 75mmx75mm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2coarse sand: 4crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Making khurras 450mmx450mm with average minimum thickness of 50mm cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2 sand:4 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with 12mm cement plaster 1:3 (1cement:3sand) and a coat of neat cement rounded the edges and making and finishing the outlet complete.

100mm thick (average) mud phuska of damped brick earth on roofs laid to slope consolidated and plastered with 25mm thick mud mortar mixed with bhusa at 35kg / cum/of earth gobri leeping with mix 1:1 (1clay:1cow dung) and covered with flat tile bricks of class designation 100 grouted with cement mortar 1:3 (1cement:3sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement and also pointing the top surface with cement mortar 1:3 and finished neat.

Providing and laying Double Charged vitrified floor tile of size 600x600mm (8-10mm thick) approved make (Johnson/RAK/Kajaria) over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 of any shade and colour as approved by the Engineer Incharge, joints finished with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including finishing etc. complete.

Removing dry or Oil Bound Distemper including sand papering and making surface smooth and necessary repair to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1mm of approved brand and manufacture over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with O.B. Distemper washable distemper of approved brand & manufacture to give an even shade new work (two or more coats) over & including priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with texture exterior paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats applied @3.28lit/10sqm over & including base coat of water proofing cement paint applied @2.20 kg/ 10 sqm). All work upto floor V level.

Providing and fixing 19 mm thick waterproof plywood of approved make (Green/Century) including cost of nails, screws,fevicol and applying a priming coat on exposed surface and then two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac) including P&F Teak wood moulding 20 mm size as required etc. compete.

Providing and fixing 1 mm thick Sunmica of approved quailty (Make Formica, Green, Bloom) including cost of Fevicol, Nails, wastage etc. complete.

Providing M.S. Piano hinges ISI marked IS: 3818 finished with nickle plating and fixing with necessary screws etc., complete. Overall width 35 mm

Providing and fixing of Multipurpose lock 50 mm size (Godrej Make) including all accessories etc. complete.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass handles with screws etc. complete :75 mm

Providing Salwood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).

Providing and fixing lSI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS: 2202 (Part I) non-decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35 mm thick including lSI marked M.S. pressed bright finished butt hinges with necessary screws of required size including applying a priming coat of wood primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac).
