M&L for complete removal of existing treatment by sraping with mechaanical wall sander(having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500,sandinf pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7''/9'' to make the surface freee from dust,loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wateproof cement based putty@ 1 kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1 mm over plastered/old painted wall after scraping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with with machenical wall sander (havin machenical vacum machanism) having RPM not less than 1500 sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instruction and mix it with putty mixer with mixing capacity of min 2.5kg putty per minute. Step 2) Applying the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully authmatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6ltr per minute with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) Aloow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface.

M&L for one coat to acrylic water based exterior grade primer @0.90ltr9undiluted)/10 sqm diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application having an electric motor of min.1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI,allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for two coat water based premium acrylic smooth water based exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & color stay Technology,Excellent dirt pick resistance with low VOC less than 50gram/ltr as per the LEEDS specifications,Anti allgal properties in two coats@ 1.79 ltr(undiluted)/10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instruction applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having pressure of 3300 PSI,allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent coats as per manufactures instruction complete all as specified and as directed.
