Supply & Fix in replacement flexible 15 mm dia PVC pipe for hot water of geyser with PTMT nuts on both ends of length 450mm with two washers, all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in repairs Sheet Metal enclosure with 2 pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB SP of Capacity upto 20 Amps 240 Volts

Taking down copper/ aluminum point wiring surface type, concealed type, flame proof type (Light/Fan/Socket or power) complete including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fitting etc. Removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces to walls floors etc.

M & L for point wiring with PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade single core multistranded copper conductor cable 1.5 Sqmm drawn in and including PVC casing-caping and accessories, fixed on wall / ceiling etc with neccessary fixing accessories and earth continuity conductor cable of 1.5 Sqmm size connected to common earth and earth dolly including 2 mm thick pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall covered with laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick for mounting switches / sockets / fan regulators fixed with Cadmium plated machine screws all as specified for the following: (a) One light / fan / bell point controlled by one switch.

(b) One 5A 2pin/3pin socket out let multipurpose on the same board with other switches.

(c) One 5A 2pin/3pin switch socket out let multipurpose on independent Board.

All as per item No. 125 above but wiring complete with 2.5 Sqmm for 3 pin 15A socket multipurpose on independent board Note : A penalty of Rs 100 /- per point will be recovered from the contractor for not matching the disturbed surface with original.
