S&F 4 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty/wooden beads in square not exceeding.0.50Sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Rough cast, wired figured glass, 6.4mm thick and glazing with oil putty in squares exc. 1.00 Sqm but not exceeding 1.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge thickness, including nainital or similar pattern of roof coverings all as directed.

S & F 0.63mm thick galvanized corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with self drilling and self tapping screws with neoprene and EPDM washers in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 120 gm per square metre complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only 0.63mm thick galvanized corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with self drilling and self tapping screws with neoprene and EPDM washers in roofs, walls etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Old serviceable CGI sheet as obtained from dismantling item here-in-before shall be reused under this item.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces , not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including as specified.

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.

M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the same old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. and removing debris to a distance not exceeding 250m. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement. (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25 litre /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above. Application of polymeric membrane shall be by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminium paint over the APP modified membrane @ 0.11Kg/sqm.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, walls etc, laid , bedded and pointed in any mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4) 15 mm thick for as in floor finishes, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exc. 0.18 Sqm but n. exc. 0.38 sqm , in floor etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Screed bed shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar 1:4 10 mm thick for as in vertical surfaces such as skirting , dados etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm / 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Backing coat shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F in repair of steel rolling shutters of thickness 1.25mm of laths in mm gear operated type with chain wheel and hand chain as specified including top cover anchoring rod hasp and staple and erected in position as indicated complete push pull or manual type .

Taking up or down GI tubing 15mm bore from wall/ceilings including all fittings seperated and stacking the pipe complete all as specified and directed

S&F GI pipe medium grade15 mm bore in wall and ceiling or laying in floors, including new fittings as required at complete all as directed

Refixing old serviceable steel tubing and connections in new or old position ( walls, ceiling, floor etc) in 15mm bore including S & F new fittings as required complete all as specified and directed

Providing and fixing Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) work for frames of doors/windows/ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, including making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of other required fittings etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, C.P.brass/stainless steel screws, all complete as per the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Notes:- 1. The weight shall be of all aluminium components and fittings except the gaskets. 2. Glazing, wire mesh and panelling to be paid for separately and all other fittings shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted.)

Taking down carefully MCB DBs SP/TP by unscrewing from main switch boards/cut out boxes and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for reuse at site or for taking credit including sealing the cable ends and making good disturbed surface of wall etc as per existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.
