Dismantling of existing fitted 7 TR Miscrprocessor based HPAC Package A.C. units (Uniflair make) with Single compressor i/c storage the refrigerent gas by pumping down , dismantling the same with related condensers & MS stand ,accessories like canvas, damper from existing location near OCB on first floor & shifting the same to TAX area on same floor as directed by Eng.-in-charge.

Installation, testing and commissioning of shifted 7TR High Sensible Package indoor and outdoor units on existing MS stand , including nitrogen pressure testing ,vacuumisation, leak testing and gas charging i/c Supplying additional refrigerant (R-410A/ R 407C) and nitrogen etc as reqd.

Supply & fixing of the 7/8" Hard Run 18 gauge ( 1.2 mm) copper refrigerant piping on the MS perforated tray (wherever required) etc complete as reqd. in lieu of existing refrigeration pipe lengths that will be rendered idle after replacement with new pipe.

Laying of existing recovered copper refrigerant piping on the MS perforated tray (wherever required) etc complete as reqd

Supplying, installing, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, support as per approved drawing and specifications of 1.00 mm Thick 20 Gauge sheet thickness complete as required.

Supplying, installing, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, support as per approved drawing and specifications of 0.80 mm Thick 22 Gauge sheet thickness complete as required.

Supplying, installing, balancing and commissioning of fabricated at site GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, elbows, splitter dampers, vanes, hangers, support as per approved drawing and specifications of 0.63 mm Thick 24 Gauge sheet thickness complete as required.

Providing & fixing Powder coated extruded aluminium Supply Air Grills with aluminium volume control dampers.

Refixing of existing drain connections alongwith supplying of any GI fittings like nipples, elbows etc. as reqd. and end termination of existing cables in PACs after installation of shifted PACs, complete as reqd.

Refixing of existing VCDs, Fire dampers, Duct pieces (dismantled vide Item 1 or 2 above) on the duct connection from PAC unit to plenium, complete with necessary amendments, complete as reqd.

Supplying and laying of 2 X 1.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated PVC Sheathed copper conductor armored cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to relevant I.S. on wall/ existing trench/ existing MS perforated tray

Dismantling the existing scrapped 7 TR package A.C. units (Sidwal make) with related condensers & all accessories etc. & shifting the same to corridor on same floor as desired by Eng.-incharge. {This is to clear the space for ITC of new shifted units].

Shifting of dismantled 7 TR PAC indoor units from first floor to ground floor and proper stalking of same as reqd.
