Material and labour for demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings n'exc 15cm thick below or above ground level, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in foundation,filling and mass, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever requiredl, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for hard core of gauge n.exc 63 mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick with broken stone or boulders, watered and rammed to a true surfacel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete type B-2,1:4:8 (40mm graded crushed stone aggreate) 75 mm thick as in sub -floors ,sub- bases ,floors and pavings,etc.l, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors in foundations and for laying Interlocking paver blocks including watering and consolidationl, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (Red colour) any shape and size polished with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickiness M-35 gradel, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons etc.laid bedded and pointed in any mortarl, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 20 mm thick granite stone (any type) (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking plateform and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite including cutting, etc and screed bed with CM (1:4) 20mm thick laying floor tilesl, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide priming including preperation of stone surfaces over 10 cm width or grith not otherwise describedl, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
