M/R to Govt. Residential buildings under WDI at Porvorim SH- Urgent Renovation/Repairs work of OPD block for Primary Health Centre (PHC) situated at GPE-1 Building at Porvorim- Goa.

Dismantling the tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement including stacking of materials within 50 meters lead for thickness of tiles 10mm to 25mm.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 mts. lead.

Taking out doors windows and clerestory windows shutters (steel or wood) including stacking within 50 mts. lead;Of area 3 sq.m. and below

Removing and refixing of door/ window shutters paneled or paneled and glazed including replacing of existing hionges chiseling etc complete as directed by Engineer - in - charge;Above 1 Sq.m area

Repairs to plaster in patches of 2.5 sq.m. and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50m lead.;With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 river pebbles 40mm nominal size) excluding cost of centering shuttering and finishing in:;All works upto plinth level

Providing woodwork in frames of doors windows clerestory windows trusses & other frames wrought framed and fixed in positon.;First class matti wood

UPVC ONLY DOOR FRAME:-;Providing & fixing Upvc Door Frame Yashashri make or equivalent made out of Upvc extruded multi cavity frame of 60 mm x 60mm x 2mm wall thickness. Frame is reinforced with G.I. Channel & welded in corners with Average weight 0.80 kg per running mtr. These frames are tested by using BS 2782 & DIN 53459 test methods.

32 MM DOOR SHUTTER:-;Providing & fixing 32mm door shutter Yashashri make or equivalent made by using 31mm x 150 mm x 1.5mm upvc multi-cavity section having Toung & Groove jointing method and boarder having 35mm x 30mm x multi- cavity section. The corners are joined by inserting polymetric corners & hardware used for fixing the door shutter is stainless steel hinges & S. S. handle & S.S. tower bolt. The average weight of 32mm door shutter is 6.30 kg per sq mtr. These Upvc sections are tested by using BS 2782 & DIN 53459 test methods.
