M&L for removing the existing unserviceable tar felt or any type of felt of any description from roof slab alongwith screed bed, including cleaning the surface & removing the debris to a distance exc 250m and n.exc 500m, etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick (average) in cement mortar 1:3 on roof surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:- water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under relevant item

Supply only approved Liquid water proofing compound. Make : conplast x 421 IC of M/s Fosroc Chemical (Inida) Ltd or its equivalent of make Dr Fixit/ STP Ltd.

M&L for preparing the surface by cleaning water using wire brush and applying oil bounded bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm, and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less then 4.0 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyester matt weighing not less then 160 gm/sqm having softening point not less then 150 degree centigrade, having tensile strength of 650 N/5 cm and 350 N/5cm in longitudinal and transverse directions respectively of the reinforcement, trearing strength of 180 N by torch- on application including min 10cm side over lap & 15 cm end laps, Solar reflective bituminious @0.10Kg/sqm as per the detailed specifications and applying one coat of aluminium paint all as per specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.. Note : The laying/ applying of APP membrane and other connected work shall be carried out by the approved applicator of the manufacturing company of APP membrane.

Taking up or down 20mm steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.

All as per item No 5 here-in-before but 25mm bore

S&F 20mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting on walls ceiling or laying in floors including fittings complete all as specified .

S&F 25mm CPVC pipes SDR 11 & plain CPVC SDR 11 fitting on walls ceiling or laying in floors including fittings complete all as specified .

S&F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed 20mm.

All as per item No 9 above but 25mm bore

Disconnecting existing tanks, exc 250ltr and n exc 500 ltr setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required ,reconnecting and re-fixing in position.
