Dismantling of Brick work or stone work in cement mortar or lime including stacking of material as per direction of the engineer incharge

Dismantling of R.C.C or R.C.B including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 mtr

Dismantling of CC concrete granolithic floors including base concrete and including stacking of dismantled materials

Dismantling of old plaster in cement mortar including stacking of materials

Concrete with 4 cm. guage stone ballast, Fine sand of 1.25 F.M. and cement, in proportion of 12:6:1.including of all work complete.

2.5 cm thick 1:2:4 plain cement concrete floor with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm graded approved stone grit laid in panels finished with 3 mm floating coat ratio 5:1 as specified over and including 8cm fine sand of 1.25 fineness modulus and brick ballast 4 cm guage in proportion of 1:4:8 and removing any overlapping mortar at the joints of the penals if any and giving them a uniform finish including supply of all materials , labour, Tools & plant etc. required for proper completion of the work

Cartage of dismantled debris and all the including loading & unloading as per directed by the engineer Incharge as per PWD SOR 3.01 SI No. 231 (a)

S/F of Galvanized Mosquitos proof heavy quality iron wire guage or expended metal heavy quality over windows and including supply of C.P teak wood batten 8cm x 1cm flat iron and including supply of necessary screws all materials labour Tools & PLANTS ETC.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) as per DSR-2023 S.I No. 6.1.2

Cement Concrete with 20mm gauge approved stone ballast, coarse sand,and cement in the proportion 4:2:1 including supply of all material, labour, tools and Plants etc. requared for proper complition of the work SINo 279 (a)
