Description of Items :

Earth work in excavation over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including disposal of excavated earth with in NGRI campus including carry with manual labour disposed earth and levelled and neatly dress as per instruction od Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - All works upto plinth level. 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing foundation bolts including nuts and washers complete.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement-All works upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for: Columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, pillar base and struts etc.

Steel work in built up tubular/Pipes circular, rectangular,square etc. trusses including cutting, hoisting fixing in position including base plates, M.S plates etc. and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc. complete. (The contractor has to submit the architectural design minimum three Nos and working structural design (economical design) from the authorized firm/person for approval.) Hot finished welded type tubes

Providing and fixing of CRS sheet (make of JSW Galvalume or equivalent) of standard IS 513 having yield strength of 240 MPC with gavalanized as per IS 277/GIS 3302 of sheet 0.63 TCT zinc coating of 275 GSM both side mass painted as per IS 14246 RMP tolerance of 0.03 as per IS 513 of colour off white, green, light blue of wide 1.06 m semi corrogated sheets in curves as plans with Galvanized Hex Head Self Tapping Screw with bitumen washer and of required size and complete the job as per instruction of Engineer-in-charge. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m²

Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S. sheet fixed withwith Galvanized Hex Head Self Tapping Screw with bitumen washer complete.0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Painting with superior quality synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work

Felling trees of the girth(measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable viceable material: Beyond 30 cm girth upto and including 60 cm girth

Felling trees of the girth(measured at a height of 1m above ground level) including cutting of trunks and branches removing the roots and stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable viceable material: Beyond 60 cm girth upto and including 120 cm girth

Structural steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete:

Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 100 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:1½:3 (1 Cement: 1½ coarse sand (zone-III) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)
