M&L for kota stone slab 20-25mm thick as a one piece area not exc 1.00 sqm in flooring , tread and riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillers laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shed of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 20mm stone aggregate) as in floors/pavings /plinth protection etc, finished even and smooth without using extra cement grooves filled with bitumen mastic filling of mix (1:2) (bitumen and sand) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) / in ground floor and paving not exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), removal of rubbish beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.
