Demolition of brickwork or stone work/boulder masonary built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brick work with old size fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m nean radius and setting in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Cement Concrete unreinforced of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for pavement of NLB/taxi track/runway/dispersal area as complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated /demoliesd material exc 1.5 km but not. exc 5.0 km and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in repair for hard core of broken stone or boulder of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and leveled in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface except material complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in repair for 100mm thick cement concrete design mix M-25 using 20 mm crushed stone aggregate as in pavings/hard-standing/NLB/Taxiway finished the concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement(laid in alternate panels including necessary formwork) complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Concrete to be procured from RMC-M25 design mix.)

M&L in repair for forming 12mm thick expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound,Grade "A" for 150 mm thick cement concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L in repair for forming construction (dummy) joints 65mm deep x10mm wide filled with sealing compund grade 'B' complete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand filling in floors, 25 mm thick, spread levelled and rammed including watering and consolidating complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate 100mm thick as in sub base of floor/Pathway complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block coloured reflective type rubber moulded with pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair at or near ground level factory made pre cast kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line,level and curvature,jointed with cement mortar 1:3,includiing making joints with or without grooves complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered/concrete surface/brick stone/kerb stone surfaces of any description not otherwise described, over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zink chorme primer including necessary rubbing with sand paper or grinded by hand grinder to achieve smooth and even surface.

M&L in repair for design mix quality cement concrete work using crushed stone aggregate in path/hard-standing of minimum flexural strength 40kg/per square centimetre in field using not less 400kg of cement/Cum thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and directed.(Note: -(i) Cement shall be provided all as per approved design mix but not less than 400kg/Cum.(ii) In the event of increase in cement content as per design mix formula, nothing extra shall be admissible & quoted rates are deemed to includes for the same.

M& L in repair for finishing of concrete roads,pavements by brooming complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Pre-cast saucer drain of size 300x300x100mm for Pedestrian areas,parking area etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling PVC/Cement/CI pipes 50 to 110 mm dia including all fittings like bend,branch pieces, connectors, heel rest bend etc and removing from site all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing UPVC (SWR) type B pipes 110 mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M& L for rendering of external surface 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including uprooting/cutting of vegetation growth (maximum height upto three stories) using WPC @ 3% by weight of cement, Mechanical Means all as specified and directed (Note:- Below 10 Sqm Qty be excuted throuth conventional mathod). (Note: WPC will be measured and paid seperately)
