Disconnecting, opening of 33KV, 3 Pole, 630 Amps, outdoor type Porcelain Clad Vaccum Circuit Breaker of Make: Crompton Greaves, type : 36PV25A (used for protection of 33/11 KV 5.0 MVA transformer) for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable / defective parts including cleaning & servicing, greasing, oiling of parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling/ servicing and its testing and commisioning ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note: (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in this item. (ii) Servicing shall be got carried out by the authorised rep of the VCB manufacturer and the service engineer will submit a service report for each VCB. (iii) Any item not included in CA and required for successful operation of the panel will be provided by the contractor & same shall deemed to be included rate quoted.

Servicing of 33 KV Potential Transformer,clening of core,checking of all connection replacement of oi,testing of all connection ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note :Oil shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Servicing of 33 KV Current Transformer,clening of core, replacement of oil-40 Ltr,testing of all connection ,complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge. Note :Oil shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of BOQ.

Supply install, testing and commissioning of Micro processor base relay (02 O/C + 01 EF) for 11 KV VCB panel , rating 5 Amps, Auxiliary supply 20-110 Volt DC including taking down old unserviciable micro processor complete all as specified and directed. Make: CG Model No: CGI14N or equivalent in ABB/ SIEMENS. Note: (i) Necessary addition/ alteration to existing VCB front panel such as cutting/welding of front size of panel board/position if required including necessary modification of wiring shall be carried out at site by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) The digital relay shall have following protections:- (a) Phase over current protection (b) earth fault protection (d) Over voltage (e) Breaker failure indication (f) Auxiliary power supply 24-110 V DC

Supply install, testing and commissioning of Power pack unit input voltage 180-250 Voltage and out put voltage 24 Volt DC having 4-digit degital Volt & Ampere meter, High resolution D/A, A/D converter , Digital interface as standard function etc., including taking out US battery bank unit complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for testing and calibration of 33 KV VCB outdoor type used for protection of 33/11 KV 5.0 MVA outdoor type transformer with control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays by primary and secondary injection system, battery bank and battery charger / DC system complete all as specified and directed.

Isolating all EHV and HV connection , 3.15 MVA 33 KV/11 KV Power Transformer , Opening top lid cover of transformer and disconnecting all internal connection of EHV/HV side for periodical maint such as cleaning of core and winding by means of washing by hosing down with clean dry oil to removed dust /sluge on core and coil including cleaning of oil tank to removed sluge deposited , replacement of rusted gasket set , burnt spindle , broken / UNSV EHV/HV ceramic bushing broken arc horn surch arrestor , replacement of silica gel for transofomer of following capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- NOTE :_ (i) Cost of trnasormer oil for cleanaing by hosing down shall be deemed include in the rate Quoted. (ii) Gasket set, EHV/HV side ceramic bushing, spindle for EHV/HV side and are horn surge arrester for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant item.

All as per item Ser No 19.00 above but 5 MVA 33 KV/11 KV Power Transformer, complete all as specefied and as directed.

Re-fixing for top lid cover of transformer including changing of gasket set complete for top lid cover ,EHV/HV, Terminal Bushing without any damage to transformer including refilling/topping up dehydrated new transformer oil carring out the maint /repair and making internal/external connection on EHV/HV side and testing on load for 3.15 MVA 33 KV/11 KV Power Transformer complete all as specefied and as directed. Note :- (i) New transformer oil for topping of shall be measured and paid under relevent item. The dielectric strength of the same shall be tested by contractor before filling in transformer.

Material and Labour for filteration and dehydration of transformer oil by dehydration machine to achieve the die-electric strength/ insulation value upto 65 KV/40KV (RMS) at standard gap of electrodes 2.5 mm for one minute in various capacity of transformers 33/11KV and 11/0.433KV including insulation testing of oil with help of suitable equipments before and after dehydration including BDV Test compete all as specified and directed.

Painting of transformer 3.15/5 MVA after cleaning the body surface of transformer by rubbing with emery Paper to remove oil stains, dust etc and applying one coat of snthetic enamel paint by spray paint incl writing SM No/MES No , capacity of transformer of following capacity all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5M in depth for laying of cables and getting out of excavated material complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25cm thick each complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply, laying and testing HT cable XLPE insulated, screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (Heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 33000 volts grade (earthed) cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3 core, laid in trenches, through pipe in road crossing, ducts, fixed along poles including taking down existing old unserviceable underground HT cable upto size 240 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specefied and directed.

Material and Labour for heat shrinkable type end termination joint kit outdoor type suitable for XLPE insulated HT cable 33000 Volts grade of size 240 Sqmm 3 core complete with jointing material and acessories alongwith testing after jointing including taking out the old unserviceable joint kit complete all as specefied and directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with galvanised steel plate earth electrode 600X600X6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to GI strip 32x6mm at two points by means of bolts and nut, check nut and washers including charcoal dust, common salt, necessary excavation in hard/dense soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance up to 50metres, PCC pit in 1:3:6 type CI (using 20mm grade stone aggregate) RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm grade stone aggregate ) 50mm thick pit cover, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 75mm c/c, both ways MS handle 12mm dia, GI funnel, wire mesh and GI watering pipe of 20mm bore GI (light grade) and earth lead protection pipe 40mm bore (light grade) including replacment of old unserviceable earthing, complete all as specified, directed and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I including testing complete. Supply and fixing for galvanised iron tubing 100 mm dia light grade with all fitting laid under floor/road crossing or in trenches or fixed to pole /walls with with clamps as required including sealing of pipe ends with apporoval sealing compound etc including taking down old unserviciabnle GI tubing 100 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 600mmx600mmx3.15mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected with copper earth strip 32mmx6mm thick and copper bolts, nuts, etc and protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore and 20 mm dia GI tubing light grade with funnel for watering, connecting to busbar, all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR Part I incl necessary earth work and excavation in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber with RCC cover slab, salt, charcoal and MS hook, ane provn of test point complete including replacment of old unserviceable earthing. NOTE : copper strip 32X6mm upto 7.5 Mtrs with 40mm protection pipe shall be included in quoted rates and beyond 7.5 mtrs shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing porcelain disc insulators with 4 disc in series suitable for 33 KV system made out of 11 KV disc insulators with all galvanised fittings, in repair complete all as specefied and directed.

Supply and fixing porcelain post insulator for 33 KV system with all galvanised fittings, in repair complete all as specefied and directed.

Material and Labour for switch yard gravelling of 15.0 cm (llose thickness) by broken stone of 40 mm size in and around two pole/ four pole structure/ substation complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, taking down and shifting by removing EHV and HV connection of outdoor type 33/11 KV transformer of capacity 5 MVA from existing platform, lowering the same carefully and shifting to existing platform at new Power House with and including reinstallation, testing complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing lightening arrestor HT 33 KV 10 KA station class, in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 15(R) of tender documents.
