M & L for Vitirified ceramic tiles of 10 mm thick skirting, dodo laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab including rubbing and polishing incl screed plaster of 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified.
