Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n. Exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (incl backing), removing tiles and rubbish off the premises (out of Defence land) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18 -20 mm thick polished kota stone, machine cut kota stone slab flooring over 20mm cement screed bed in CM (1:6), and jointed in neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tiles including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles (450x300x7mm) thick on vertical surfaces such as skirting wall, and dado set and joint in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick plastering in cement mortar (1:4) rough to receive tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic light coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile n.exceeding 0.36 Sqm in floors etc set and joined in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match colour tiles including 20 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F for vitrified ceramic tile 8 to10 mm thick light shade (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm over 10 mm thick plaster in Cement Mortar 1:4 as in vertical surface like skirting dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quions arches , pillar etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
