Excavation in trenches ,n.exe 1.5m wide and n.exe 1.5m deep for foundation, laying of pipes etc., or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes etc., n.exe 10 sqm on plan and n. exe 1.5 m in depth and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for taking up or down existing 20 mm dia bore water tubing and connections and cleaning & re-fixing with and including new ISI marked pipe fittings, in new or old position in trenches, floor etc or fixed to wall complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of gun metal globe valve iron wheel screwed both end for iron pipe fixed size 50 mm, complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Zoloto or ISI marked.

M&L compound girders and stanchions, lattice girders, aerial masts, staging for water tanks and the like including caps, bases, splices etc. built up from two or more beam or channel sections or angles with plates, including all lattice bars, stiffeners, gusset plates, etc conforming to Fe 410-w (Fde - E- 250) Quality A & painting with two coat of black bitiminious paint over a coat of Red Oxide primer including dismanting of old unserviceable existing staging complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including extra using waterproofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, rendering finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete solid block over 10 cm in width and setting in mortar (1:6) using pre cast cement concrete block (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

Construction of valve pit of size 90 x 90 x 100 cm internal dimensions with 100 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) sub base of floor, 50 mm plain cenent concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in floor finished even and fair without using extra cement one brick thick brick work in CM (1:4) rending 15 mm thick plaster in CM (1:4) including 3 mm thick MS sheet pit cover fixing with angle iron frame 40x40x6 mm thick complete with looking arrangement having provision of lifting handle including 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to steel surface and excavation in soft/loose soil, returning filling and removal of surplus soil up to 50 mtr distance complete and all as specified dismentling old valvepit chamber accessories and deposited to store Yard for futher disposal, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L of one coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide on existing steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth incl preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Colour coding for incoming and outgoing water supply pipe lines and staging etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling / disconnecting unserviceable sluice valve assembly complete by removing old nut bolts packing sheet etc supply & Fix new CI Sluice valve 80mm valve with stainless steel spindle confirming to ISI including jointing material nut bolts packing complete all as specified and as directed. Make : - Kirlosker / Venus / Upadhyay / Zoloto

M& L for cutting of existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (each cut measured) and inserting new Tee, bend, elbow etc 25 to 40 mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

M& L for cutting of existing steel tubing for alterations or additions (each cut measured) and inserting new Tee, bend, elbow etc 50 to 80 mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing of old serviceable PVC water storage tanks including GI fittings wherever required in new or old position of 1000 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 30 above but 500 Ltrs capacity.

Note: In case doubling/duplicancy of BOQ items , the lowest quoted rate shall be applicable for payment.
