Demolition of cement concrete incl terrazo flooring (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thick (below or above ground level) built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6) Type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete below wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone agg) as in plinth protection and path laid in panels, not more than 3.0 mtr in length, laid to slope 1:30 incl forming joints 10mm wide and duly filled with mastic bitumen (01 part bitumen mixed with 03 parts of sand) surface, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : The quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of material against form work and joint fillings.)

M&L for factory made machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with coloured pigment made of PVC moulded (or rubber mould) with vibrating system, with and including 50mm thick sand cushioning, including in CM (1:3) in edges of pavers, complete all as specified and directed. (Note : The cost of sand cushion and plastering to edges is included in quoted rate.)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic colored tiles , 7 to 8 mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.06 sqm but n.exc 0.11 sqm as in flooring etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed/ bedding layer in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for ceramic colour tiles in vertical surface of size 350 X 250 x 7/450x300x7 mm thick, jointless type, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles with and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) for receiving the tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free, Vitrified Ceramic tiles of light shed 8 to 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished , area of each tile n.exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 09 here-in-above but on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado over and including 10mm thick CM rendering in CM 1:4,complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid , bedded and pointed in any mortar as in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 16-20 mm thick granite slab of any type , tabled rubbed, machine cut, duly grinding, polishing, moulding etc of all outer edges / sharp corners, duly fixed in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4), incl pointing in grey cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of slab, complete all specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall / ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) / insulation boards /slabs/blankets of any thickness including cover fillets etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of exposed frame false ceiling system with GI powder coated grid consisting of interlocking arrangement of main T runner of 15mm size, suspended at 1200mm C/C and cross T runner of 15mm size suspended at 600mm C/C supported by 1.5mm dia GI wire from roof/Slab/truss incl wall/perimeter runner/channel of 15 mm size with and incl 4mm thick pre-painted non asbestos fiber reinforced cement board (E-board), designer type of size 595x595mm, duly fixed in ceiling frame work, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm rendering thick in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10 mm rendering thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall,dado and skirting etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in two coats (1st coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:6 & 2nd coat 5 mm thick in CM 1:4) on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) including taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall,dado and skirting etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etccomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint (weather proof) of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered of wall surface and applying two coats of oil bound distemper, over a coat of chalk whitening primer over and incl a layer 3mm thick of wall care putty to get even and smooth level finish on new plastered surface of internal wall, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) area exc 1.5 sqm but not exceeding 4 sqm each including cutting holes in brick/ stone wall built in cement / lime mortar, embedded portion exc half brick but n.exc one brick for inserting new hold fast and making good the disturbed portion/surfaces, in CM 1:3 complete all as directed.

All as per item No. 22 here-in-above but not exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F rolled mild steel in Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A as in framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 30 mm thick moulded flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides and one face is covered with decorative face veneer with lipping/frame to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and preparation of surfaces of walls by scrapping/sand paper rubbing and finally washing with watering and applying two coats of 100% premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint (weather proof) of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over old surfaces. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound LW++, mixed in CM as per manufacturer instruction, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel or iron surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing retro reflective Overhead informatory road signage and boards, made up of 2 mm thick aluminium sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type - III of ASTMD- 4956-01 as approved by Engineer-in-charge, letters, borders etc. as per IRC : 67-2001 in silver white with blue colour back ground and with high intensity grade, pasted on substrate by pressure sensitive adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying pressure conforming to class II of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same to the plate of structural frame work by means of suitable sized aluminium alloys, rivets or bolts & nuts @ 300 mm centre to centre all along the periphery as well as in two vertical rows along with theft resistant measures, including the cost of painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint in grey colour on the back side of aluminium sheet including appropriate priming coat. The rate includes the cost of rounding off the corners, lowering down the structural frame work from the gantry, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the engineer-in-charge. (Structural frame work including M.S. plate to be provided separately. Rectangular area of the sheet only shall be measured for payment).

Manufacturing, supplying and fixing double legged informatory sign board (Installation Name Board) fixed on single SS frame and meeting back to back on the SS round pipe. Name on sign should be on both side. The boards are of high intensity blue colour of retro-reflective grade having sheeting of AVERY DENNISON made out of 2 mm thick Alcobond/aluminium sheet conforming to IS 736 to be covered with high intensity grade retro-reflective sheeting(avery dennison) of blue colour as per user. The whole is fixed to sheet and fixed with suitable adhesive to alco bond/alluminium sheet painted with epoxy paint to standard make, fixed to structural frame work of SS pipe of size 35 mm OD with nuts, bolts/rivets ensuring safely against removal of plates. The lettering is computerised cut of high intensity grade white sheetig (Avery Dennison) and mechanically fixed on this board of blue colour . Then these two separate boards fixed back to back on single frame are fixed to two vertical stainless steel posts of 50mm dia, 2.60 m (2.00 AGL +0.60 BGL) mtr height. This boards on single frame are fixed in position using embedment in PCC 1:2:4 including excavation in post hole. The size of board is 1.20m x 1.20m.

M&L for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (20mm graded stone aggregate) in flooring, sub-base complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix of rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250) quality-A angle as in joist, channel angle, or tee section, fixed independently with connecting base plate etc as in fencing post, strut bend to shape, holes drilled/notches cut to receive MS bolts and barbed wire, embedded to concrete including tarring to steel work embeded to concrete complete all as directed.

Supply and fix mild steel work such as band, clamps, FI fillets for securing wire mesh, straps, ties, etc. and similar works, fabrication for steel sections conforming to Fe-410-0 of Fe- 310-0 including necessary welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated, complete all as directed .

Supply and fix of 10 mm dia mild steel round bar (ISRO 10) for fencing including necessary cutting bending etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde-E250) quality-A complete all as specified as directed

Supply and fix mild steel bolt , nut, washer (machine made) with hexagonal head at one end and screwed the other end, each screw end to be fitted with two washers and one nut hexagonal, dia of shank 12mm, length of bolt 50mm to 100mm, complete all as directed

Supply only chain link fencing made out of galvanised steel wire of size 4mm dia, size of mesh 100mm x100mm all as specified

Fixing only of chain link galvanised fencing including provn of line wires, of 100 X 100mm mesh size staining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified as directerd

M&L preparation of previously untreated surface of steel n.exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified as directed
